hi all! newbie here. just about to start planning the wedding. our budget is 500k for 150 pax here in Metro Manila. got nothing booked yet. sana kayanin! good luck to us all! lol and happy planning

for 160 pax, we initially had a budget of 500k...and now 3 weeks before the wedding, malapit na kami mag-over 800k. Lord, sana tumigil na ang pagtaas ng wedding expenses namin...and ang mahal talaga magpakasal, super!

Mas malalaki sis yun budget nung sa inyo kasi halos puro church wedding. Kami siguro maliit lang kasi civil wedding sa amin.

sis @blackgreen yay!!! mas gusto ko mag ipon for honeymoon. first time namin magtravel ni h2b just this november and super nag enjoy kami.. ang kinakatakot ko baka lumaki ang wedding gastos kasi nagjijinarte ako siyempre salamat sa social media na hinahype ang mga bonggang kasal at magagaling na suppliers. buti na lang strict si h2b. palagi niya sinasabi focus on your goal (gusto rin kasi namin na baby agad at ayaw ko mag lying in clinic tapos bongga ang kasal ko! hehe)

nagkekwenta ako ngayon parang 237k palang ang possible gastos God willing mas bumaba at wag tumaas.

sis curious lang, how much sa La Castellana? bet ko din sana kasi yun. but we decided to hold our wedding in Rizal area because want to veer away from the beaten path of the usual areas where weddings are held, like in Manila and Tagaytay, because of the traffic, esp since December ang wedding.

Hi @fionaapple Yung La Castellana for the venue rental is more than 70K with amenities. Wala pa caterer yun. While Villa Immaculada is around 265K for first 100 guests with amenities (e.g., Bridal Car, accomodation for two, food, styling, etc.)

Yung top two namin is Patio Victoria and Ilustrado since their packages almost cover what we need. Pero we are now getting Ilustrado since may promo sila this year (25th year promo) and kasama na dun ang Bridal car, accommodation for two at Manila or Diamond Hotel, cake, floral styling by The Contemporary Florals. 150K for 100guests.

I'm lucky to have friends who are willing to pledge to help on our wedding (pre-nup pictorial, emcee, choir, flowers, HMUA) if you have friends that are willing to help, let them.

Another tip I discovered recently: If you are totally close with your entourage, if they are willing, go to a RTW formalwear shop and ask them if it is okay for them to pay for their own gowns/suits. Yun na ang regalo nila sa couple logic behind it is that I want them to choose the formal dress that they want AND that they can use later since sa kanila na iyon.

our wedding budget is 350k for 180 pax. Sa Feb2015 pa yung wedding pero based on my excel spreadsheet, pasok na pasok pa din kami sa budget, yung mga small details na lang yung wala, like candy buffet, photobooth, etc, and nasa 300k pa lang kami Pano namin nagawa? Super mega research lang! hehe and we booked those up and coming suppliers, and so far happy namin kami with all of them

We are working on a 200k budget for an islamic wedding for 20 pax. All in na to ng hotel room, simple reception, damit namin ni h2b, hair and make-up ko, airfare of his family from province to manila, all transportation from manila to baguio and vice versa, accommodation and food ng both family for a 2-night stay in baguio, photo coverage only (wala na sde), honeymoon sa tokyo, tsaka wedding rings.

from a planned 120k for a tagaytay 80-guest wedding, it grew to 200k for 90pax. a month and a week to go. sana hindi na madagdagan.

Update: We're at 2.1M as of now with major suppliers already booked. Admittedly we splurged beyond projected budget on some of them but we decided together that we needed them to make our dream wedding come true. Reception is for 250 pax (320-340 to be invited).

For prenup photo, cake, emcee, bridal car, ento gowns, ento HMUA, giveaways, invitations, lahat ito cheap to so-so suppliers nalang. No clue yet who to get as dance instructor and for AVPs!

Budget is 400k for 150pax excluding our wedding rings, suit for the groom and honeymoon.
So far so good pa naman, though it looks na lalagpas kami or around 30k

Our budget was initially 70k for our Caleruega wedding. Nagoverbudget kami ng 17k kasi nag add pa kami ng 10pax extra sa food. Para may pasobra and we rented an additional van para hindi siksikan. That includes everything. Pati van kami nagrent, stipend kila father allen, payment sa choir, reqts, etc. Nobody thought we only spent 87k when they thought naka 200k kami.
