@BBB21 Ang rude naman noon. Tiffany style is classic and will never be out of fashion. 50 years from now, when you celebrate your golden anniversary, people will still be buying the same style.

As for the receipt comment, siguro excited lang sya. Pero not something na ipinagmamalaki diba lalo na to a colleague. I know the price of my ring because I am my H2B's accountant and I handle his finances and we bought the ring together. Pero I would never dare tell anyone how much the ring is.

I'm so sorry for the rant. I'm just really annoyed by it. Hindi ko rin naman siya pinatulan I just told her na mas gusto ko pa rin ang tiffany style than hers. Haha! Hindi ko na siya kinakausap about that matter as in pure work related lang. i just knew kanina na apparently, almost sa buong workplace namin niyayabang niya yung ring and the price of her ring. What a shame. :( I pity her for doing that.

Sis exquisitegem, exactly!

Sis marywater, yes we are not close. She talked to me about because she knows that I'm getting married too. I really saw her real attitude after that incident.

Sis xgbride17, kalmado na ko now. Thanks sis! 😊

Sis Lilafowler, I have nothing against knowing the price specially if you have your own reasons. 😊 But unlike you, pinagkakalat niya sa lahat. Haha! I super agree with you that tiffany style is really classic. ❤️

Sis shinies, I understand na sobrang excited niya. Pero sana konting preno naman. Hehe. Pero tama ka, wag na lang pansinin. Lalo kasing nagpapapansin. Haha!

^True. parang mahihiya ka pa nga with the remarks na "Ang kinang! Siguro ang mahal nyan noh?" Tapos sya e ipinapaalam ba sa buong mundo, or universe rather na confidently beautiful with a tag price yung ring nya. hehe Nakakaloka!

Anyway, tiffany rings are elegant. They will never go out of style.

Tawang tawa ko mga sis! Thanks for making me feel better. Haha! Ang daming tumatakbo sa isip ko that time but I chose to be silent. I wish her well. And her ring too. Haha!

At least my tiffany ring will never go out of style. 😊

@BBB21 I can't think of any valid reason for someone to comment on the engagement ring of another person. Fine, if she wants to talk about hers but she shouldn't comment on yours. In any case, your ring is a classic and will never go out of style. Wait 20 years then return the favor and comment on her ring.. When it's out of style na :p

This reminds me of my ex-friend before na nagcomment din about my wedding gown. Di sila healthy kasama.

^ I agree Tiffany Ring will never go out of style and ang ganda kaya nun super! Hmp  ::)

Hi! Newbie here and newly engaged. For those who did not like their engagement rings, has anyone of you had the courage of telling your fiance? I am asking because I don't think I can wear the ring comfortably as it is too much for my style; I just want a simple, classic, solitaire ring. I have read some articles online that it's okay to tell your fiance, but those are US-based articles. Not sure if the same will apply to Filipinos.

Would really appreciate your advice on this.

pwede mo siguro sabihin in a nice way, like bongga naman ng binigay mo tas check mo reaction niya, and then baka maopen sa idea na iask ka niya ano ba gusto mo and palitan yung setting according sa gusto mo. :)

^^ It really depends of your fiance and whether he will feel offended or not. Just try to feel your way around it. I actually had my ring re-set too and hubby was super ok about it.

BTW--- you might find your engagement ring a bit too grand right now. But also consider that you will have that ring till you are old and gray. You might grow to prefer that kind of setting when you are older and can pull off bigger, flashier pieces =) =)

I love my engagement ring, it's a solitaire . :)

^^Agree with Chili, it depends if you think your h2b is fine with it. Gustong gusto ko yung e-ring ko and if ever hindi ko man sya nagustuhan, I think it will be okay with h2b if I tell him that. Kasi forever mo yun isusuot, might as well get something that suits your taste and style. :)

Test of communication skills din ito hehe.

I love my e-ring as well, pero need din maset kasi may chance magbanggaan yung diamonds, so for now I have to settle to ring snuggies kahit awkward looking. Siguro sa birthday ko or anniv, irequest ko to re-set. :)
