Hi! Im also new here, but ive been reading the forum for quite some time now. I was diagnosed with endometriosis since I was in high school. Im now 24 and the cysts just keeps on growing (lol) i have 2 on the right (2 and 4 cm) and 1 on the left (7cm). I was given oral contraceptives and other injectables but none really helped. Only solution daw was to give birth or do surgery. But im not yet ready to have a baby and have an open surgery/lap + it will drain me financially. I tried herbal medicines from a chinese doctor in binondo - Dr. Tan, i thought it helped me cause nawala talaga or if not, nalessen yung pain pag ngkakaroon ako. Although i stopped taking them since I was out of the country for 3 months. Then i had it checked yesterday, to my surprise naggrow sya ng 1-2 cm Im still trying to find other natural remedies other than surgery -- any advice? Im also starting a new lifestyle -- by getting rid of sugar, processed foods, red meat etc basta lahat ng masarap hehe. Do you think I should consider na getting the surgery? Or try muna ng other remedies? thanks

Yeah, sobrang nakakainis na yung sakit na to. And I read in a blog na wala pa talaga cure for this kaya parang doctors treat it as one of those symptoms leading to somewhere.. Anyway, I also read and Dr. Tan in Binondo also confirmed it also na yung endometriosis is talagang one part of maraming sakit sa kidneys/liver so dapat talaga ingatan daw yung organs natin and change of lifestyle talaga (which is super hard to do). Interconnected daw kasi, like if something happens to your liver, damay na si kidneys and intestine etc. So we really have to eat clean and not abuse our bodies. Easier said than done. Ang sarap talaga kumain esp sweets and salty foods pero yun talaga yung bawal. Im going back to Dr. Tan next week to get my herbal medications ulit and will see from there. Super seryosohin ko na talaga yung mga bawal kainin and I'll aslo try guyabano juice... Good luck satin

Has anyone tried Anion pads? My friend told me it worked sa tita nya who had myoma, lumabas daw yung bukol na buo hehe.

^hi sis! balitaan mo kami pag nakabalik ka na kay dr. tan. i've tried anion and it did not work neither for my myoma nor my endo. i used it for almost a year pero walang nangyari. true na walang amoy kahit may period ka, pero yung claim ng iba na lumabas ang myoma, etc parang wala naman din ako narinig na ibang kwentong ganun bukod sa mga nagbebenta ng anion, (sorry kung meron man makabasa na seller) yun lang talaga kasi ang effect sa akin kaya i stopped buying it. ang mahal na nga, hindi pa nag work. i should've just bought organic fruits and veggies, sa dami ng nabili kong anion pads. by the way sis, may nabasa ako dito sa gt before, yung naturopathic (not sure about the term) meds. may mga doctors na ganun ang ginagawa, parang may drops na bibigay sayo at the same time super strict diet (no processed food, no meats, etc).

Yes! Will update you soon. Baka this week ako bumalik. Really hoping na gumaling na ako and will follow na everything na bawal. Saan yung sinasabing mong doctor? Will try that too. Im scared lang kasi baka magrupture anytime soon yung 7cm cysts ko. Kaya nagdadalawang isip ako if i should have it removed na or not. What do you guys think? Normal naman menstrual cycle ko so far

^in my case pinahinto talaga ng OB ang menses ko, it causes pain kasi talaga ang activates my cyst (it used to be almost 9cm w/c was diagnosed last december, now nasa 4.something na lang sya).
If you want try to have another opinion sa ibang OB.
Ang sabi kasi sa akin, ang goal ay wag dumating or bumalik ang period ko unless i have plans to get married and have kids anytime soon kaso wala eh. So tiis tiis talaga sa medications, and healthy living (this last bit, napapabayaan ko na hayy sori)

I'm grateful naman na I dont experience any kind of pain pag meron ako kahit na 7cm na yung cyst ko and may 3 others pa na 3-4cm. Im just afraid na mag rupture sya anytime soon. So now im still trying na magnatural healing nagbabakasali lang

Yung akin kasi whenever i look back on what i had gone through simula August last year until madiagnosed ako nung December, and a couple of months after that, naiiyak ako  - lagi kasing may pain. Lagi na lang ako kinakabahan, ni ayaw ko umalis mag-isa or pumunta ng malayo. Mataas ang tolerance ko sa pain before but when i learned that i have a large cyst inside, natakot na ko. I'm on meds for 9 months now, nag-start sa gnrh and now Visanne. So far, i feel much better now.

Ok yan mga natural remedies, inom lang ng inom.hehe! I think wala naman side effects yun. Ok din mag-exercise but if there are acitivities that you are not comfortable to do, wag na lang gumalaw. Baka pumutok pa.

Stay away from any stressors. At saka syempre don't forget to pray, sis.

mga sis nakakaramdam ako ng sadness ngayon super sad.. kaya eto nandito ako sa girltalk ulet. kase dito sa forum, nandito yung mga nakakaunawa sakin. I dunno if nabasa nyo yung post ko before dito, na nagkaroon ako ng pyosalpinx (pus in the fallopian tube).

Pag balik ko sa OB ko end of november, ask ko sa kanya about your case. Mahal talaga ang maintenance natin, i understand that part.... Sa ngayon, Malapit na kasi manganak yung doc ko (na nirecommend lang din sa kin dito) kaya november pa next sched ko sa kanya. She mentioned kasi before yung about sa gnrh, na nakuha ko ng 9K sa iba, sa kanila daw sa charity 6K na lang. Na-try mo na magpatingin thru charity? Laking tulong din yun, sis. hi mga sis now lang ulit makakapagpost to this thread. im currently taking usana essentials for my endometriosis twice a day (1 pair sya pag tine take) also biomega & proflavonol once a day each; since april of this year pa.
nagpa consult din ako kay dr. tan of binondo ( a traditional chinese herbalist doctor) according to him naman my ovary is polycystic. mahina daw ang ovary ko. wala naman sya sinabi kung may cyst pa ako.
anyway, i was diagnosed of habing endo last dec 2012. i had lap surgery to remove my endo cyst of 8cm sept 2013 also. january to april nagtry ako magpa acupuncture. this year lang talaga ako ulit nagpapawork up since my hubby is an ofw.
nagpapahilot din ako ngayon at this time buwan buwan na talaga dapat. sana makatulong para magka baby na kami ni mister.

Sa lahat ng tulad ko na  may Endo and PCOS and myoma pa don't lose hope. I almost gave up pero after 8 years of being married and nung hindi na ako nagpapa-work up don ko nakuha ang BFP ko. I'm 21 weeks pregnant now. I got the best wedding anniversary gift from God.

Hi sisses! Kamusta na kayo? Ako ganun pa rin, medyo nakakalungkot kasi naconfirm ko kanina lang na dalawa na yung cyst ko sa right. Kaya pala mas madalas sumakit at mas masakit sya compared dati. Nawala yung sa left ko nung February tapos itong right ovary ko naman super pasaway, hindi pa makisama. Sabi ng OB ko kahit naman daw may endo ako, nagpoproduce pa rin ng eggs yung right ko. Hindi pa naman daw yung case na parang nilalason ng endo yung mga egg cell sa loob ng ovary. Bigla akong natakot, mukhang kailangan ko na seryosohin ang pag change ng lifestyle.

I had my ultrasound last sept 28 and found out na lumaki yung cyst ko. 5.32cm na siya ngayon. Bago yun, nagreseta si Doc ng Qlaira pills, kaya lang wala siyang naging effect sakin. So kahapon nung nagpacheck up ako, inadvised niya ako magpainject na ng "Luprolex". Ang mahal niya!! Php 7,900 per month then 6 months siya, huhu!! Eto na kasi din last option ko pag hindi pa mukhang mapipilitan na ako talaga magpaopera. Pero sabi ni doc kahit magpaopera ako, after operation mag luprolex din ako kasi para maiwasan bumalik agad.

Hi all,

Im planning to sched for a lap procedure this year. My cyst is about 7cm+ na nakakatakot lang baka kasi hindi na masolve ng natural remedies e. Baka mahirapan lang ako Ang sakit na kasi ng lower back ko now na meron na ako. Ang labo noh, lower back mas masakit than yung puson hehe.
