One week before my mens saka ako uminom ng mga to. Dapat before my mens sasakit na sya pero hinde sumakit, then Sept 26-27 nagspotting na ako hinde pa din sumakit, then ngayon Sept 28 malakas na yung regla ko, sumakit lang balakang ko normal naman yun pag nagkakaron pero yung puson ko hindi sumakit.

I took Visanne for a year and 4 months, gumaling na ang adenomyosis (endo inside uterus) and adenomyomas (endo na nagbuo like cyst inside uterus) ko nawala so my OB said gumana naman sa akin. Side effects yes, fatigue, depression(am not sure how malala it is kasi di ko masyado pinapansin pag malungkot, just another day) occasional headache, medyo may weight gain din. So last ultrasound ko wala na lahat kaya my OB prescribed me with a lower dose na, birth control pills nalang na high in progesterone to prevent recurrence, basta i-take ko lang until such time mag-asawa ako and plan magka baby.

For endo sufferers, stop taking SOY, (tofu, soy milk) which produces more estrogen. This is according to my OB.

I Went to a naturopathy doctor din and sa kanya naman, stop drinking coffee (messes up with the hormones), stop cold drinks (nalalamigan ang katawan resulting to poor blood circulation), sleep early (for hormones), no stress (hormones), exercise (for blood circulation).

Pray din pala, kasi last time nahawakan ko gloves ni Padre Pio pinatong ko sa tiyan ko. Sabi ko ayoko maggamot nang matagal and magastos din kasi but i have no choice because I want to be healthy kaya sabi ko ipag pray nya ako kay God, samahan nya ako sa pagdasal. Ayun, 2 mos after nun nag ultrasound na ako, maganda naman results.

who is your OB sis?

Hello.

I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis since 2014. Now I am 30y/o and feeling ko nandito parin yung mga cysts ko. I still have dysmenorrhea monthly but di na ganun kalala unlike nung college ako and during my early years as a working professional.

She's an OB from Asian Hospital.
And she's the only OB na natapos ko yung medication ko. I took Yaz for 6 months and natapos ko siya by May 2020. Nakakapanghinayang lang kasi di na ako ulit nakapag follow up check for trans v kasi di madalas mag clinic nun yung OB ko sa Asian Hospital. So I think nawalan lang din ng sense yung 6 months medication ko.

I personally requested din sa OB ko na ibigay saken yung pills na di nakakagain ng weight, hence, the brand I guess. But I had palpitations nung first 2 months kong tinitake yung pills.

Sana this time lumiit ng konte. *cross fingers*

Hi sisses. You might want to join Endometriosis Philippines Discussion Group sa facebook.

Hey there,

I understand your journey with endometriosis has been quite a ride since 2014. It's great to hear that your symptoms have improved over the years, especially your dysmenorrhea. I also commend you for finding an OB you're comfortable with at Asian Hospital and sticking with the prescribed medication.
By the way I am also a teacher and I have to say a life hack that a student showed me, this source https://edusson.com/apa-paper-writing-service helps me to make research papers for sale in apa format, with the help of this source I manage to order a writing that later I manage to sell to more students and make money on it, actually it is quite convenient and brilliant.
However, I'd like to point out that not following up on your treatment and missing the transvaginal checks might have indeed impacted the effectiveness of your previous 6-month medication. It's good that you're planning to reconnect with your OB and get back on track with your health. Let's hope the cyst has shrunk since your last measurement.

Take care and stay proactive about your health!
