What keeps you motivated at work?

Napaka positive ko pala nung post ko way back 2015 hahaha!

Ngayon, ang rason nalang para magpatuloy sa current work ko ay sahod para makapag provide sa family.
Pero everytime na pumapasok ako sa office, ambigat bigat ng paa ko.
Kung walang magbabago, mag reresign na ako next year at ichachallenge ko na ang sarili ko sa ibang bagay. Sa bagay na wala akong masyadong ideya.
Good luck sakin!! Kunin ko muna 13th month pay hehe.

-bukod sa mga nasabi ko na, sa sahod kasi mas mataas offer dito unlike ibang BPO

-HMO namin unlimited kids, kahit umabot pa daw ng 8 kids (which di naman natin keri yun) so important yun para sakin since I'm preggy with the 4th....

-madami na akong friends dito since almost 7 years na ko dito

-gusto ko mag early retirement since meron kami offer na ganun dito sa company

-boss ko is very understanding sa mga situation sa buhay ko, saka parehas kaming working nanay...so madalas din kami nagkwentuhan ng mga about buhay buhay

I love my job and the company I work for kaya matagal na ako dito! Very people-oriented. Great compensation and benefits and also flexi hours of work.

Right now that there's a pandemic, the thought of striving for survival helps me to be motivated in reporting to work. From 5days in a week, 3 days nalang ako pumapasok. Sana nga nagwork from home nalang kami or ako since yung work ko fits the requierment needed in working remotely. Ive been experiencing anxiety lately because I keep on worrying na baka magka covid ako anytime soon dahil labas ako ng labas for work.

I just really dont know what to do anymore.
