Dito sa new job ko, mas stressful pero heto mga motivating factors for me to stay:

1. decent pay

Hindi siya malaki pero mas malaki na compared sa dati kong firm. Reasonable na siya.

2. Ok mga co-workers.

3. Kasama ko ang lalaking gusto ko.

4. Malapit sa bahay. Isang jeep lang at minimum fare lang babayaran ko, nasa work na ako.

5. Mas marami ako natututunan sa litigation.

life of a doctor: no other way but forward. cause where the hell will i go if decided to quit. plus at the end of the day, kahit andaming patients, i still find it exhilirating.
and nothing beats the experiences na nakukuha ng mga doctor, i think.

It also helps when someone  I work with commends/appreciates me or my contributions. Though I feel really uncomfortable when someone does, I realized it helps in fighting anxiety and stress.

The only thing I think about when going to work is the HMO of my son and husband and the salary I get every 15 days. The quality and work ethics of employees where I work will make any weak hearted person resign. But my need is greater than my agony.

I love my job and the company I work for kaya matagal na ako dito! Very people-oriented. Great compensation and benefits and also flexi hours of work.
