According to the news this morning (dzmm), Deniece asked for the cctv footage  hours after the incident. The management said na they cannot just give away cctv without a valid request. she said PINAGNAKAWAN daw kasi siya kaya she needs cctv. During that time, di pa lumalabas yung issue about vhong. Gusto ni DC makita yung footage.

PINAGNAKAWAN ang dahilan niya kung bakit gusto niya ng cctv after the incident. Yan ang excuse niya sa condo management. Pero di siya pinagbigyan that time.

Hmm crying and inconsolable? Kaya pala nagsasalamin sya dun sa elevator. 

I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt when this issue first came out - nung di pa sya napapangalanan. Posters were saying why would Vhong rape someone eh may itsura daw, gwapo, etc. I was actually appalled by some of the comments, kasi kahit gwapo or mayaman pa yan, may kakayahang mang-rape.

However, after the pieces of evidence were presented, I'm more inclined to believe Vhong.  Contradicting mga sinasabi ni Deniece eh.

I heard kaninang morning sa radio ng Taxi na the reason why it took a while daw for DC to file a case against Vhong is because of TRAUMA. Lawyer nya nagsabi nyan.. Dumaan daw si DC sa "Psychological .... "(i forgot the term hahaha)

ok fine.. Ngayon naiitindihan ko na why sya nagparty party the following day.. and why nag aayos pa ng self sa mirror ng elevator.. Baka yun ang way to cope up sa trauma..

I have to dis-agree with this. Wala sana siya jan kung hindi siya nagpadala sa sa ka----gan niya. Peace  .

I feel like I need to acknowledge yung pag improve ng vocabulary ni DC. Nung nakaraan lang kasi meron pa syang "Athletic of the Year" ngayon may inconsolable na sya. Maybe nag-thesaurus.com muna si DC bago sya nagpainterview.

I think if there is any rape it happened on Jan 17.

No doubt the Jan 22 rape never happened (ano yun 2 mins interval nakita si Vhong and Deniece sa lobby. Lets give a margin of error na 5mins to account for different timestamps, impossible pa din). Obviously it is just a lie to justify the citizen's arrest done by CL.

 ^ Read the Mon Tulfo article, as i posted before, my co-worker, who's brother in law knew Cedric Lee, na nagsabi na hindi nga malayong di magawa ni Cedric Lee yung pambubugbog kay Vhong, kasi nga kilala nila si CL, pero sabi nya rin, hindi gagawin ni CL yun, kung walang atraso si VN kay CL. Tingin ko din set up yung lahat, malamang nga selos from the first visit ni VN.

there are a lot of girls na ganito roaming around clubs here in Manila, but of different scam. kaya guys should take extra care dating and hooking up with girls in the club. these innocent young social climbers nagpapagamit sa syndicates. if you go to popular clubs, siguro half of the ladies in the crowd are either into prostitution or scam.

as for vhong (and other guys like him), he should settle for girls of his own league (much like his GF) and leave those highclass (looking) girls alone. minsan kasi may pagka feeling gwapo.

Medyo off topic: I remember one time when we were involved in an accident, na kami na nga nabangga ng tricycle driver in katipunan (sobrang careless ng mga tricycle drivers dito, as in) tapos gusto pa palabasin na wala syang kasalanan.  Tapos bigla kami binigyan ng advice ng lawyer namin na kunwari more serious than actual yung injury, etc., kunwari di ako makalakad para malakas lalo yung case namin. Nawindang naman ako dun. Mula noon I'm really suspicious talaga whenever lawyers are involved. Sometimes it becomes not a matter of truth or justice, kundi "pagalingan" ng abogado. (Peace sa mga lawyers dito.)
