Hair Rebonding/Relaxing/Straightening Thread V

Had my hair rebonded (steambond) for the nth time sa Victor Ortega salon sa Ortigas.
Okay pa rin and subok ko na talaga dito kaya di na ko naghanap ng bago.

Lagi akong problemado pagdating sa rebond sa buhok ko. This time I think I hit the jackpot in finding a great salon.

I naturally have wavy hair - I had it bleached two years ago for our wedding and had to wait na tumubo siya ulit bago ko ipaayos. Madudurog daw kasi pag pinarebond ko ang bleached hair.

Dahil lampas balikat na ang virgin hair ko, I decided to have it rebonded - buhaghag na kasi at unmanageable talaga for the longest time.

May malapit na salon to where I live (Titzy Salon) and I decided to have it made there.

I only have good words for Titzy and the other girl who worked on my hair. As in tutok lang sila sa akin.

May other clients na magpaparebond din sana but they told them na they can work on another rebond after matapos sa akin. Even haircuts, Titzy would decline if hindi sila willing to wait kasi she was working on my hair.

Bagong tayo ang salon ni Titzy - she used to own a different salon na she made the mistake to name to his bf tapos the bf cheated on her kaya she left and built a new salon. They only have two salon chairs kaya din siguro they tell other customers to either wait or leave their phone number para tatawagan na lang nila pag available na.

I had my hair rebonded in various salons - what impressed me with Titzy is ang pagtutok niya and her assistant sa ginagawa nila sa buhok ko. Ang ganda ng pagkakaplantsa nila and the color was great.

Actually I fear na after ko i-wash ang hair ko is hindi na siya same in comparison sa kakatapos pa lang i-blower. I am now on day 6 na binabanlawan ko ang hair ko and it's still straight - parang naturally straight and healthy! Malambot and wala ang katulad nung dati na result ng hair ko kapag nagpaparebond na kinky ang dulo.

I am planning to bring my mom to he salon as well. Sobrang value for money and ang ganda ng customer service.

Additional point din na andoon sa salon ang shih tzu ni Titzy na si Kobe - sobrang cute and nagpapansin siya kasi doon siya pupuwesto sa alam niya na papansinin siya.

my hair is super damaged and frizzy. I've been wondering if I should rebond it to eliminate the frizz but I am afraid it will only damage it more. Any tips or other treatment I should do?

^try mo sis pa-cellophane then araw araw mo iconditioner. wag ka muna gamit ng shampoo..once a week lang. Ganun ang pag-aalaga ko sa rebonded hair ko. Nun april pa to but til now maganda pa rin dahil sinunod ko talaga na once a week lang ang shampoo.. Saka lagyan mo ng vitress pata shiny at malambot ang hair mo.

Has anyone tried to get their hair rebonded by The Makeover Lounge sa Greenhills? I had mine done about 2 years ago pero sa province, and nakita ko lang kasi na meron voucher for Makeover Lounge and it's X-tenso Oleoshape, and I've always had good experience with X-tenso, tumatagal talaga sya eh.

Ako sa tony and jackey, loreal extenso yung ginamit na gamot. Yung first time ko magpa rebond inabot din ako 1year, second time loreal extenso ulit mga 1year na siya pero nag wave na yung sa top part. Maganda naman yung gawa sakin mukhang natural, i take care of my hair at home para laging shiny and healthy. I color my own hair din.

Gusto ko sana sa kanila ulit magpa gawa pero naghahanap ako ibang branch. Yung malapit kasi sa akin everytime i will pass by laging walang customer so natatakot tuloy ako dahil baka pangit na gawa nila dun.

^Sis anong gamit mong haircolor? Hindi ba nagrubberized buhok mo? Bumaba na color ng hair ko since last May pa ako nagparebond and color. Natatakot ako kulayan on my own. Last time kasi nagrubberized ang hair ko after ko kulayan.

^i had my hair colored sa isang salon nung tumutubo na siya i bought revlon naghanap talaga ako ng ka kulay ng hair color ko, roots lang ang kinukulayan ko mga every 4months for 2years. Few months ago i tried yung tony moly na bleach grabe blonde talaga kung blonde. Kaso hindi pantay pantay dahil may parts na mas mabilis na bleach kesa sa iba.

At kulay kawalang siya so the next day i bought ash brown from revlon. Na kulayan naman then i decided to color it yung japanese na hair color after a month.

So far my hair is still shiny and healthy and the hair color looked like i'm born with it.

Prior to torturing it i took care of it daily. May maintenance. Hindi kasi pwede na paglabas ng salon yun na yun wala ka na gagawin dahil straight na siya wash and wear na lang. Dapat may mga treatment so the hair can recover from the chemicals. Diy lang treatment ko. Never experienced dryness and limp hair after a rebond or a color.

^Naghe-hair treatment ako pero yung nga hairspa and deep-conditioning treatment lang na nabibili sa watsons ginagamit ko. Yun lang din nagrevive sa hair ko nung magrubberized siya. Try ko nalang siguro revlon and alagaan uli sa hair treatment. Gusto ng burgundy hair.

Any recommendations kung saan pwede magparebond ng bleached hair? I badly need a rebond kaya lang baka di sila pumayag

^I think pag magparebond ka need din may kasamang treatment para di harsh sa hair. Kase ako dapat irerebond ako, kaso iwas muna ako kaya ang ginawa ko nagpabrazilian blowout at hair color ako muna. Dry and damage hair ako and nableach nadin ang hair ko before. Ngayon mejo umok naman hair ko so far.

Hi Sis. Try mo sa Broadway sa may tondo nga lang. Then hanapin mo si Nikki. Kaya nya irebond kahit bleach ng hindi nasisira hair. hehe

^Hindi ko lang alam sis. Pero ang rebond sakanila is 1,500 lang kasama na brazillian Mura lang pero worth it.
