Problems with Camella Homes? (Thread 2)

Hi mga sis! From 45 days move-in, na-change nga to 60 days. Balak ko nga,kami na lang mag-asikaso application sa meralco kasi iyan dinadahilan nila kaya 60 days. Sana pumayag.June start house construction namin and target is November ang completion.
Nakakastress talaga mga sis. Weekly na din pumupunta hubby and son ko to check the progress.

Ahh.. nagstart na construction sis? Malapit-lapit na ang November, sis!

hello ladies! its been a while since i've been busy for quite some time. so far we've got 2 bank approvals and waiting for other bank's advise pra mas madali choices.

question lang po. we are currently monitoring construction progress. meron ba sa inyo na nakapag-request ng floor plan while house is on construction stage? prang may mali kasi and we wanted to have it corrected right away. i only based my measurements sa ibang house of the same model kaso best pa din if based sa plan.

^sis if yung blue print, hindi kami nabigyan nyan despite our letters ang follow ups. Pero if yung parang layout lang madali ka makakahingi nyan. You can also ask your engr (contractor) na matingnan yung copy nila.

thanks chedz.03! actually i just want to see the detailed dimensions of the house pra sure kaming tama yung ginagawa ng contractor. nung initial inspection ko is prang may mali sa dimension ng CR. since wala akong plan, i only used other units of the same model as the reference. i don't understand why they won't give/ share a copy when in fact we are helping them to lower chances of back jobs.

hi bagong member po ng site na to...daming problems about camella ahhh...in my case wala naman naging problema bumili ako ng bahay sa camella cerritos sa located at daang hari sakop sya ng molino malapit sa sm molino...binayaran ko sya in a year( deffered cash ata tawag dun) that was 2008 in 6 mos time nagawa na bahay at nakapag move in na nanay ko....ngayon i have to sell it for medical expenses ...my brother is undergoing chemo and we needed money ....baka po may mga interesado or may kilala kayo agent please notify me...hawak ko na po ang title kasi bayad na bahay....usually naman thru bank financing ang process ...thanks God bless

it's been 4 years since we move in, marami na sa kapitbahay naming ang nagpa-repaint, since 2 years lang ata ang warranty ng contractor pagdating sa pintura.

sis Gabjumz, baka puede ko kunin name ng contractor nyo. baka puede namin silang irequest since malapit lang naman ang Antipolo sa Teresa. Next month na daw kase start ng construction namin. TIA!

Sis si Engr. Garcia ang contractor namin. Parang may projects din sila sa Antipolo.

Sis Emdoze, they will require you to issue PDCs for the DP unless you will pay the total required DP in cash. I don't know kung pwede na rin ang automatic debit sa account for the downpayment.

Hi sis! Camella office in Alabang readily provided the floor plan with dimensions, include the material specifications in your request also. The engineers should readily be able to provide you these. I even requested for the lot plan (surveyed) and they provided it. I asked it all from our broker and he got it in less than a week. These documents will help you during punchlisting, as the baseline/basis of what was actually constructed. Otherwise we would just be accepting blindly.
