i have been emailing customer service, listing down the docs we need to see. i got one reply from customer service saying they have forwarded the email to the people in charge but the. Last time We talked to our PMO they are willing to show next month's Meralco bill only. But we would want to see all the bills from when they started collecting it separately, Sept or October 2013? plus the actual bills from bir for the rpt, and the cctv cameras. I think this should be the protocol. We want to see the official billing, my neighbors are starting to get suspicious because 1. we dont see the official bills and 2. we are charged so many extra dues every month. Sabi ng isa kong neighbor wala kayang kumikita dito? Paano kung may patong yung sinisingil sa atin hindi natin malalaman kasi hindi naman natin alam ang actual bill from meralco and bir.

Anyway I can forward the emails to you so you can see. I hope you guys can help us look into this. Kung kailangan ito i raise sa higher ups please do so. Nag aalisan na ang mga tao sa east raya dahil sa dami ng binabayaran sa monthly dues. This is bad for dmci's reputation obviously, Please dont let these things fall on deaf ears or we'll be forced to get media attention.

Any info about Raya Garden in Paranaque. They're selling a foreclosed 3BR for 4.9M. Assoc dues daw is 35 per sqm. Tapos need to pay 45k daw for annual electricity and water consumption.

im assuming its 85sqm, so lalabas nasa php79/sqm lalabas amg assoc dues kung isasama natin yung 45k/yr sinasabi nila.

Im thinking of getting a unit here pero natuturn ako with the hefy ssociation dues.

Hi just want to ask if our concern has been escalated to the proper team already? Our PmO kasi released the breakdown from them lang not the official billing from Meralco no bir statement also no official billing for the cctv cameras. They just gave us a small piece of paper that they typed in their office with the electric consumption per building  like for example around 50k one building and 60k for another. my neighbors want to see the official billing kasi nga bakit umaabot ng ganun per building?

Let's say thats really what Meralco is asking for pero shouldn't they be showing us the billing from meralco? Kasi kami ang nagbabayad eh so may karapatan kaming malaman kung anung yung binabayaran namin.

Since the pmo has been charging us separately for the electricity and water of the common areas we need to see the official billing, This should also be the protocol for all other charges na pinapasa nila sa amin. Like RPT and insurance ng common areas. Gusto namin makita kung ano yung sinisingil ng gobyerno at ng meralco.

A few weeks ago pinutulan daw ng water ng PMO yung  neighbors ko ang daming pinutulan kasi hindi nakabayad ng monthly dues eh paano ang monthly dues namin almost 10k last month, for the previous months may 4500-5000 kaya nabibigatan na mga tao.

We're wondering if there's a dmci team from the main office we should talk to about this. Or a government agency? Aside from the media ofcourse.

Alam kaya ng mga bagong bibili ng units na ganito kamahal ang binabayaran naming monthly dues? We want to sell our units but my neighbor tried nagbackout daw yung bibili nabalitaan yung monthly dues! So we're trapped here? Alangan naman bayad lang kami ng bayad dito ng monthly dues without asking questions? porket naipit na kami? Were boping we can have it rented out kaso baka lugi pa kami. But the amount sila lang nagsasabi we've never seen an official letter billing from bir meralco etc.

We've been asking pero ang binigay lang ng PMO namin yung gawa nila na breakdown kung how much per building ang meralco not the official billing from meralco. I dont know why its so hard to just show us the official statement. Nung una sabi paguusapan daw kung pwede ipakita hello bakit paguusapan pa?

Kung sa amin nyo ipapashoulder yang tax ng common areas, insurance ng common areas, meralco ng common areas and water ng common areas ipakita nyo sa amin ang bills. Hindi yung sila lang nagseset ng amount di namin alam kung tama ba ang computation. We don't poop cash! Ora orada pa sila maningil, kala nila namimitas ng pera ang tao sa trees! ang lalaki ng amounts ng monthhly dues ang lakas nila maningil ng penalty pag late so kami bayad nang bayad wala nang oras magquestion.

Walang nagchecheck kung san ba napupunta yung sinisingil na monthly dues. Okay sana kung maliit lang kaso ang lalaki ng dues.

My neighbor pa said pinapaupahan sa kanila yung guest parking where's the money going? yung iba nirereklamo na bakit bukod sa monthly dues eh may meralco water ng common areas diba dapat kunin na nila yung pangbayad dun sa association dues?

May government agencies ba na nagproprotect ng interests ng home owners grabe na! ang dami nang nagaalisan pero di nila mabenta the units dahil na tuturn off ang buyers sa laki ng monthly dues.

grabe, reading this thread..natatakot na rin ako sa dmci property ko. target namin to move in this april, pero imbes excitement eh nagw-worry kami sa mga stories about pmo/condo corp. may friends na rin kasi ako dun sa nabili namin na property, and common complaint nga nila ay kung paano sila basta-basta china-charge sa monthly dues without pmo showing any official bills. sana may makapag expose sa media tungkol sa pmo/condo corp ng dmci para mas makuha ang attention ng dmci management

I think all d ci projects sis naka roll out na yang ids for residents kasi maraming outsiders ang nakikigamit ng facilities and also labas masok sa compound ng dmci projects.
