2mos ago in SG naghahanap ako vitamins. salesperson recommended royal jelly capsule since marami daw ako acne marks sa face. at 1st, I declined her offer kasi too pricey pero dahil magaling siya mag sales talk and she gave me 25% discount I give in.

Now, as in minimal na lang makikita sa face ko na acne marks na antagal ko tinatago sa makeup. It's really effective. hindi ako gumagamit kahit ano moisturizer. normal routine ko - wash lang ng mukha using facial foam (korean brand).

may dalawa pa siya nirecommend bird's nest saka aloe vera capsule all made from new zealand. next time i-hoard ko mga un. the only side effect whick sinabi naman saken ng salesperson magiging malakas ako kumain, so true lagi ako ganado kumain. kaya ginawa ko every other day in take ko ng royal jelly cap.

@maxim04 sa drugstore ko nabili sa imm hindi watsons eh. Brand ng royal jelly JR life sciences, made in new zealand nasa SGD75 un less 25% around 300caps na. Meron din sa watsons ng sg nakita ko saka sa robinsons dyan :-) mas mahal birds nest na inalok niya parang SGD 200 ata.

@aranses OMG IMM! Ahahha. Dto lang ako sa may bugis. hehe. Try ko nga maghanap niyan! Hehe. So the whole bottle will last about haf a year? And the results how fast mo napansin?

^malaki improvement dati talaga need ko concealer para lang matakpan acne marks ko kasi sobra talaga dark. 2mos ko pa lang nagamit altho sinasabay ko siya sa vit E,C, collagen at omega. siya lang naman bago sa supplements na iniinom ko.

evening primrose oil capsule helps to prevent pimples due to hormonal imbalance ,,kasi ng stop ako ng 3mos grabe nagkakapimples talaga ako,,now that took again for  a week palang pansin ko na mabilis mag dry up and isa lang pimple ko now due to my monthly period....
also I do yakult - thanaka mask or yakult mask din,,grapeseed oil as moisturizer @ night ...then thanaka powder as my face powder,to lessen the oil on my face....talc or baby powder cause me pimples...

I've been taking accutane and one of the effects is having red scars. Since I started using Tretinoin however, I've noticed a huge difference! Im only 14 and I have an oil and acne problem. I usually use RDL and Pond's White Beauty Translucent Pinkish White Glow Powder Finish Day Cream. I am thinking if I should also use Kojie San. I wonder if I can use all three of them at the same day. Any tips? Proper way to use them?

Pure Acv lang gamit mo na toner? Or may brand ka na specifically an acv toner?

^Braggs lang naman gamit ko ever since kasi wala naman ako nakikita ibang brand na raw and unfiltered with the "mother" (the brown stuff sa ilalim). Hindi pure gamit ko. 2 parts water and 1 part ACV yun formula na gamit ko
