I've tried ordering Paula's choice, Skin Actives and a myriad of kits from local dermas, others are super red sa face or minsan di naman talaga gumagana but this works. I saw a friend who used it and parang nakafilter ang face nya lol

Try nyo physiogel. yung parang cetaphil pero mas murang version. o kaya [textspeak!] hyalure. sabi kase masyado raw tayo binulag ng mga pond's, eskinol etc na kelangang mabula yung cleanser when in fact, yung mga mabula raw na cleansers have lots of chemicals that rub off even the good oils sa skin kaya lalong lumalala yung pimples. tried physiogel because recently, i had an allergy due to silka lotion tapos ginamit ko na rin sa face ko as per my derma's suggestion. usually may pimple ako na isa kahit wala akong mens. basta may isa talagang natitira sa face ko. nung ginamit ko physiogel wala ng lumabas. merong uumbok pero di matutuloy. or siguro dahil rin yun sa pag medyo healthy living ko nowadays (calamansi protocol, more veggies etc)

Kiehl's lang talaga nakatanggal ng pimples ko. Here's my regimen nung nagbreakout ako. Nung nagclear na yung face ko hindi ko na minaintain kasi super pricey siya pero it's worth every penny naman at hindi na bumalik ang stubbor zits.

Ako naman PCOS, so Im really not wondering why I have pimples. ACtually hindi naman ako tadtad, yun nga lang when i get pimples they are cystic. Tapos dati nung hindi ko alam na PCOS ako, I always go to the derma to have my acnes pricked. AYun nagkabutas tuloy mukha ko yung iba. Then ito.. Nasanay na ko na may acne marks na hindi mawala wala.. Now, im using gluta. try natin kung may effect ang gluta sa acne and pimple marks.

alam nyo ba yun gamot na stiemycin? ito kasi yun ginagamit ko para sa pimples ko, kaya lang kanina nung pumunta ako sa mercury drug, ang sabi sakin phase out na daw ang gamot na to. may alam ba kayong ibang alternative sa gamot na to?

@lytblu....yes stiemycin is out of stock na,,erythromycin ,,matagal na wala dito yan ,,yan din gamit ko dati,,but lately nakaduscover me na alternative skin antibiotic for pimples,,try mo sos clindamycin ,effective din,but lately mupirocin ointment gamit ko,mabilis matuyo pimples and wala pa dark spots....also dapat mild soap gamit mo para hindi harsh sa skin natin,,I use purely 100% organic soap ...

^ same here sis. PCOS din ang culprit kung bakit marami ako pimples. Now after taking Althea, wala na ko breakouts. Meron man, isa or dalawa lang na medyo maliit.

Magka-cystic acne man ako, dahil yun sa kung ano-anong products ang sinusubukan ko.

So now, I have to work on the scars na lang on my cheeks

VINCH ACNE GEL i've use it for several years, and never try to switch and look for other products. its very affordable, use it veryday cause i have pimples popping whenever i eat junk food. its only available in watsons hk. but i order it online here

I'm using this set for two weeks now & it has ben my official HG. All my acne marks are almost gone. No breakout. No redness, sting or super snake-like peeling because it's organic. Unlike its counterpart from Zaine, PSCF, Beauche na kelangan mo tumapat sa electric fan dahil sobrang hapdi.  This doesn't sting a bit kahit ibabad mo [textspeak!] face mo sa soap nila. Wit talaga! Just bought this mask in Healthy Options called Secret Indian Healing Clay. I'm just so thankful na nakita ko to sa internet. I was looking for ways to help me rectify my breakouts and I think ito na talaga sya. If you google reviews about it, you'll find LOTS of positive reviews. Totoo nga yung nasa label ng tub na it's the world's best facial mask. Isang gamit ko palang sya and I noticed na nag-shrink ng konti yung pores ko. Also, it helps with acne scars tsaka whiteheads/blackheads. Basta i-google nyo nalang sya at makikita nyo ang daming positive reviews. Isa pang maganda ay ang laki ng tub! Pang isang buwan na atang mask to. Lol

Ask ko lang may naka experience na ba ng purging sa zinc picolinate? I bought mine healthy options yung brand out of stock kasi yung solgar. Tinubuan kasi ako pimps malilit sa chin pero don't know lang if it's my hormones lang ulet.

Share ko lang experience ko sa Skin 101,
nag pa check up kami and the Dr gave me antibiotics (i forgot the name) and and salicylic acid in form of cream pero walang nagbago andami ko pa rin pustules sa cheeks ko and then nagpunta kami sa Derma ng mom ko which is clinic lang siya sa Gudalupe mall,
I undergone Chemical peel and Diamond peel,
For maintenance binigyan ako ng Erythromycin (liquid form) and Azelaic acid.

And now whiteheads and blackheads na lang, menstrual pimples na lang.

Hi sis, I've read good  feebacks sa supplements na thread so I decided to try Zinc Picolinate so bumili din ako sa healthy options and picked up yung Solgar na brand 22mg, I started taking it this monday so far okay naman, walang side effects na purging and upset stomach.

^thanks sis. Actually di ko alam san ako nag breakout baka sa thanaka powder din. Napatakbo ko kanina for facial and para magpa inject ng pimples. Nakaka depress.
