Hi mga sis.. I want to create a very simple order form. saan kaya pwede? For international buyers sana  pero I don't know how will accept their payments. gusto ko convenient sa kanila, I'm sure puro credit cards gamit nila..Or is paypal or ebay kaya? Please help. Yun bang I will upload pictures lang sa fb or instagram and I will just direct them to fill out a simple order form, then pay na.

Depends sayo sis if ano gusto mong design eh! Pero mas okay paper bags with your logo on it! Parang Zara or Mango lang ang peg haha!

I've just relaunched my fb store and just opened my IG store.  Hirap pala maggain ng followers sa IG.  mukhang ang pinakaeffective is giving stuff to the celebrities.  Tsaka yung parang exchange kayo ng shout out ng ibang online sellers? Di ko pa magawa yun now kasi konti palang followers ko, baka walang pumansin sa kin, hehe... Any tips, sisses na successful sa IG? Ano pala mas malakas sa inyo, FB or IG?  Dati kasi, lakas ng FB ko but i needed to tag peeps and advertise. I wonder how pag sa IG...

i use brown paper bags that i seal with a sticker that has my store logo and contact info. i just buy from the supermarket, 2 sizes lang, yung kasya sa loob ng courier pouch. 100 pcs per pack. mas mura kung sa divi ako bibili pero kung yon lang naman ang sasadyain ko don, sa supermarket na lang din.

for items naman na naka-box na di kasya sa courier pouch, i wrap the box in pattern/craft paper that i buy from carolina's then saran wrap pa para di mabasa.

hayyy...can i just rant here (di naman masyado para di masyadong nega...hehe)?  what do you girls do if customer cancels her order?  Me kasi, my process for placing an order is for them to comment MINE tapos, i'll PM them the details.  Nakalagay din dun na commenting MINE is a commitment that they should honor.  Kaso, meron pa rin bigla na lang nagkacancel, or worst, di na magpaparamdam.  Kaka-stress lang coz I could have sold it agad to someone.  Wala namang nawalang item, yes, pero sayang lang na sana nabenta ko na agad sa iba.  Ayoko naman mang-away kasi sometimes, may mga iba na hindi magpaparamdam for a few days tapos magdadagdag naman ng order from the next batch na iupload ko...ka-frustrate lang...you can't force them naman to buy if they really do not like to buy.

^We have the same sentiments sis, ilang beses na ko naka-experience niyan. Gusto ko man awayin, hinahayaan ko na lang. Mabait kasi ko masiyado  . Pero one time may customer talaga na na-reach na niya boiling point ko. Pano ba naman pang common sense na lang yung mga questions niya since most ng info on how to order nasa page ko na tapos tanong pa rin ng tanong like pano shipping, magkano shipping rate, ano daw sasabihin pag nagsend na siya ng payment, etc. Siya lang yung naging ganun na buyer ko. Ang masakit pa, after ko sagutin yung mga questions niya, di pa pala sure order yung item na oorderin niya sana. Kaya sa sobrang inis, ko sinabihan ko talaga siya na sana next time sure order na bago magtanong ng sangkatutak. Tao lang din ako na naiinis. Abah! Nagalit ba naman siya at sinabing sana makabenta daw ako ng madaming stating the phrase "beg it" at "grab it" Since I don't know what she really means with grab it, I just simply replied, "Maraming Salamat po."

ako, sis, tempted na sobra magreply na "please make sure to be 100% sure before you comment MINE" pero lagi di ko na pinapatulan.  kasi naman, awayin mo at hindi, hindi naman din sila bibili and i don't wanna sound naman na pinipilit ko sila bumili di ba?  pero sana lang talaga, ihonor naman yung commitment.  I'm an online seller but I'm an online buyer as well and I make sure I pay what I promise to buy.  and meron talagang mga ganyan na ang daming tanong but in the end, di rin naman pala bibili.  meron pa makikipagnegotiate sa discount, wala rin pala...

oh well, ganyan talaga.  i think almost all online sellers experience that kasi sa IG, nakikita ko rin yung mga sellers na nagfa-follow up ng payment...

^Di talaga maiiwasan yan sis, asar din ako sa nakikipag negotiate ng price. Tapos di rin naman pala bibili. Wala naman tayong choice eh, kundi ignore na lang din siguro. Mahirap din namang mang away baka masira lang yung online store natin. Pero minsan nga nakakainis na talaga. Most pa naman ng items ko pre-order. Pag onhand na di na mahagilap yung buyer. Buti na lang may store ako para dun idispose yung mga di nabili online.

^^ it's frustrating sometimes ano? but it has really been a learning experience for me. i have learned to be more patient.

sa akin, pag nag-comment sila ng mine, i expect an order form within 3 days. but i dont always follow this din kasi i cannot force them naman. so i send reminders to fill out an order form to confirm reservation. after 3 reminders and wala pa din, i relist the item na. yes, nakakainis kasi you could have sold it to someone else so nasasayangan din ako pero wala naman akong magawa din.

now if may they submit an order form naman, i am also not as strict with the payment date. as long as it is reasonable (di naman tipong one month later), ok lang din sa akin. then the invoicing system i use sends them a reminder when the invoice is overdue. i give them 3 chances din. if they don't acknowledge or respond, relist ko na ang items. sometimes they respond asking for an extension. i allow naman but one extension lang. kung di pa din nila ma-meet ang extended deadline, i relist.

may iba din na ayaw mag fill out ng order form kesyo sa iba naman daw pwede PM lang or sa text. but i always insist. i buy online too and i also try to follow the sellers policies as best as i can. sana maintindihan din nila yung ganon pero hindi lahat nakakaintindi. kaya super frustrating minsan. but yon nga, at least i have learned to be more patient.

ang mas naiinis ako eh yung magi-insist ng ibang mode of payment (like lhuillier for example) tapos tuturuan pa ako kung paano gawin. minsan pa may gusto magbayad in cel phone load. yan mga ganyan, di ko na pinagaaksayahan ng oras and i just outright say sorry i cant.

For me,  ok pa yung they will inform you na magkacancel sila but yung bigla na lang di magrereply after ka nila kulitin ng sobra?  Hayyy...yun lang, relist ko na lang uli the item.

Meron ako kanina, sobrang nadelay sya ng payment but sobrang apologetic naman sya tapos kanina nga, she sent na the payment.  Yung mga ganun, naappreciate ko pa...

di talaga maiiwasan ang mga makukulit na buyers. ako talagang minsan di kinakaya ng pasensya ko at nasusungitan ko na lang. there's this one buyer na ang kulit kung ano ano tinatanong at hinahanap na damit sinasabi ko na lang icheck ang website at tumingin siya dun. Laging hanap ng hanap ng wala sa website ko. Ngayon iniignore ko na lang siya pero lagi pa ring nagtetext parang nang aasar na lang.
