aem_cee, ako ginagawa ko if salted no salt na. For the taste ata yun salt.

Btw, Dought-it-all ang repacker.

who has a convection electric oven here? pwede nyo po ba akong turuan ng combination ng settings depende sa iba-bake? e.g. chiffon cake, cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc.

the last time I baked ng brownies, nasunog yung ibabaw tapos hilaw yung loob. ang kaso kasi ng oven ko, burado na ang mga labels, kaya nanghula hula na lang ako ng combination. wala din kasi sa manual yung  picture ng mga label ng knobs. ang sabi sa La Germania, di pa daw dumadating yung board panel na inorder nila sa model ng built-in oven ko  :( :(

thanks for the help.

Hi mga sis!  I just bought a Kyowa Electric Oven 28L.  I bought this in exchange for our old oven toaster hoping that I can bake with it.  Anybody experienced using Kyowa?

Pumalpak yun cupcakes that I baked last week.  Hindi ko naconvert F to C.

Kapag baking both upper and bottom grills ba gagamitin?  It is not a convection oven.

mistiqshannen,

^^Sis, try mo muna palamigin sa ref before mo isalang yung cookies mo. Hindi naman talaga aalsa talaga pero I think you are referring to nag-spread sya kaya flat na yung cookies. Chill mo muna sa ref yung dough, then mga after an hour, scoop and bake. Or scoop and chill then bake.

Ganun pala yun.

Good PM. Newbie sa thread...

Question mga sis. San ba ang tamang placement ng baking sheet/baking wares inside the oven? Middle, bottom or up??? For cookies, I've read na at first sa bottom muna then 3 minutes before the end of baking time, ilipat sya sa pinakataas na rack para maging chewy inside and crunchy outside. How about cupcakes, lasagna, brownies and cakes? Kung 3 ang rack sa oven, pwede ba sabay sabay or required na one at a time lang?  TIA.

cupcake- middle and bottom( not so bottom) basta un upper tray ko nasa middle at susunod lang yun next tray below the middle.. para di masyado bottom..

brownies: i bake one pan at a time middle naman sya 9x13 yun pan ko.

the rest same sa brownies.. for cakes since ginagawa ko hindi ko pinpuno yun pan half lang para mas maluto agad so dalawang pan agad ang dalang ko half filled.. same as cupcake padin middle and no so bottom.. and works fine naman
