^sis di ko sya pinahiram. Personal loan kasi ito at hindi credible eh, ni wala akong alam na personal info nya. Although, may nagaalok sakin ng lending opportunity for business. May friend ako na may agri-trading business then invest daw ako sa kanya para mapalaki nya puhunan.

Typical lending din pero 6 months to pay at 10% interest per month. So let's say nagpahiram ako ng 150k, in 6 months, 240k ang ibabalik nya sakin. Babayaran nya thru post dated check on the day na ipapahiram ko yung pera. Good deal na ba? Mas kilala ko to so positive naman ako. Gusto ko lang na may kasulatan.

Mga sis, baka may contract template kayo dyan for lending.. Di kasi ako marunong gumawa eh. Thanks in advance.

This thread has been a source of inspiration for me..

I've finally decided to invest in this business.. Will start muna sa maliit like 10k and hopefully in a month, pag okay i will invest another 10k for it..

Peer lending yung gagawin ko, officemates and kakilala lang, not really friends.. Plan ko to separate yung kita na interest ipunin and paikot ikutin ko lang yung initial capital. but once na umabot sa certain amount na yung interest na kita ko, i'll add it sa capital na.. that way, makikita ko talaga kung magkano total kita from interest alone.

Goodluck sa ating lahat. Nakaka inspire talaga mga kwento ng mga kapwa lenders here.. hopefully in the future i will be one of those na magshishare ng successful story here on this particular journey of money making.. :)

^^^ just a piece of advise po sis ...if ever magpapahiram ka ganun kalaki pera kahit personal mo siya kakilala, it will be better na may black and white po kayo na pinirmahan .... para in case lang naman na naglaho siya, may habol ka pa din :)

^^Thanks sis. Nakuha ko na. Sana ok tong papasukin ko. Anyway if all else fails, mayaman naman sya at mababayaran nya kami nung isa kong friend na naginvest. 300k nga yung kanya eh. Kalahati lang yung akin kasi takot pako. Sugal kasi to for me. Sila verbal lang nga eh mas close kasi sila. Ako naman, gusto ko talaga may kasulatan. Baka kasi ma-friendship over kami.

-minumum utang is 50k

Hinay hinay lang sa interes ladies, pag masyado na mataas kasi baka ursury na. Just an advice :)

Hi Sis.  Anong terms mo and how do you go about it?  Just asking kasi I'm thinking of putting fresh capital sa biz.

Hello sis,
Actually it's not a registered lending business :) it so happened that a lot of our clients from our money changer business asked us if we could lend them some money. Syempre we couldn't lend them the money just like that kasi ponapaikot din sa business so nangyari we had an agreement na kelangan may interest na 3% per month tapos kailangan nila mag bigay ng post dated cheque, less hassle, ayoko kasi ng nanininggil. Mostly yung mga lumalapit sa min yung may mga pwesto na tindahan, ayoko din matagal na utang, namimili din talaga ako ng papautangin. but there's one client na one year ang gusto nya so i gave him 3.5% interes per month.

I'm not expert sa lending industry :) eto lang masishare ko kasi ganito lang ginagawa ko :)

sis rasee piece of advice lang din po. since friend mo naman invest-an mo you may also want to know if capable talaga un business to give you that kind of interest.  although for expansion naman un pera nyo just make sure may market talaga sya. i also tried this biz before, more of investment scheme naman where you will lend/invest say 100k then he'll issue a promissory note or contract together with monthly pdc with interest of 3-5%. notarized pa kuno un contract. unfortunately, i didn't do due diligence at di ko na-check kung profitable talaga un business to give that interest and since and dami nya na pala investor, un iba milyon pa, sa huli nag-"declare ng bankruptcy" sa investors nya. oh well, charge to experience na lang sabi nga invest only what you can afford to loose.. :'(.
i also tried yun sa office pero parang financer lang ako, ok naman yun kita pero nun umalis un partner ko na nagpapautang talaga di na rin nag-progress.
i think ok naman ang business na to if your purpose is to help out at the same time kumita ng konti as long as you keep the interest as humanely as possible. ;)
