i read somewhere na medyo expensive daw itong hcg compared sa other diets, since you really have to source the allowed foods and stick to it. yes, in my opinion, medyo magastos. like, mas mahal ang chicken breast kesa kung isang buong manok ang bibilin, or mas mahal ang cream dory kesa sa ibang isda (i hate tilapia e), then the melba toast! plus the apples and oranges, and the steak and apple day (if needed). for those who cannot do without sugar, stevia is expensive, too. added to this, the digital weighing scale for a more precise reading of the body weight, and the drops/pellets itself.
but you know what? it's sooooo worth it!
all these saved me from buying new clothes, dining in all-you-can-eat restos, even fast food restos! i even had to dig my baul for the clothes that I thought would never fit me anymore. they fit me now, thank heavens! and most importantly, i learnt how to say "no" to foods my body do not need. goodbye to doritos, cheetos, and other junk foods, soda, sweets, etc., which again, saves me money. in a way, what i spent for my hcg diet, i was able to save from other sources.
and to top it all, sexy na ulit ako ngayon! hurray!
