Share ko lang yung niluto ko kagabi. Nagalit si hubby bakit daw konti lang niluto ko LOL. Got this recipe from a random website I visited

Chicken and Oyster Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients:
Chicken (i used 1 piece of the soup pack cut), chopped
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Cornstarch
Garlic, chopped (i used 1 clove lang)

Oyster Mushroom, shredded (yung nirerepack sa SM, worth P34 lang)
Oil

Oyster Sauce
Water

Procedure:
1. Marinate the chopped chicken pieces with a bit of soy sauce (para lang magkulay), and sugar and a bit of cornstarch.
2. Heat up oil in a wok. When hot, sautee the oyster mushroom.
3. Once the mushroom turn soft, transfer to a bowl.
4. Using the same wok, add a bit more oil and heat up.
5. Sautee the marinated chicken. Once the chicken turns a bit brown on the sides, add the garlic.
6. When the garlic is cooked, add the sauteed oyster mushroom, oyster sauce and a little bit of water.
7. Simmer for a while until the sauce is not as runny. Finish up with a dash of sugar and serve hot
:)

Beef and Mushroom with Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Lean Beef (cut into thin wide strips)
Mushroom (i used the fresh one but you can use the one in the can as well)
Butter
Evaporated Milk (you can use cream of mushroom or nestle cream)
Garlic
Onion
salt/pepper

Procedure:

melt the butter in a sauce pan and saute garlic and onion, when it's a bit brown add the beef and stir it,when the beef is half cook put the mushrooms stir it together, when it's almost cook pour slowly the evaporated milk (if you want it more saucy pour a generous amount, pero dapat hindi masyado super dami nung milk ha,kasi parang sabaw na yung labas niya, dapat tama lang, not so dry pero hindi naman masyado masabaw)then add pepper and salt to taste :)

Recipe from Sis khat - ANG SARAP! Try niyo din. WINNER! ;D Thank Youuuuuu! :D

I used:
Beef Top Round
Jolly Mushrooms Pieces and Stems (in can)
Alaska Evaporated Milk (big can, 3/4 nagamit ko)

Hay, ang sarap! ::)

Pork Kinamatisan

1 kilo Pork Ribs (if ribs are a bit expensive for you, you can use liempo)
5-6 pcs medium size tomatoes (cubed)
Patis
1-2pcs green chilis (same thing you put in sinigang)

In a shallow pan, put in your ribs, tomatoes and patis. DO NOT PUT ANY WATER. Put in low heat. You'll see that water will eventually come out of the tomatoes. Stir occasionally. Once your pork is tender, add you green chilis. Let it stand for 3-5minutes then turn off heat. Serve with fried eggplant and lots of rice (I swear this is takaw kanin).

Recipe from Sis hunny_ally ~ Grabe! Kung gaano ka-simple, ganoon ka-sarap! ;D Hindi ako mahilig sa mga ganitong ulam, pero niluto ko for a change at WINNER! :D

I used:
Pork Ribs, naka-sale sa Shopwise Cubao 'til October. Haha!
8 pieces small-medium Tomatoes. Maganda din kung more pa, around 10-15 pieces.
4 or 5 ata teaspoon Tentay Patis

Nakalimutan ko ilagay yung Green Chilis! Haha!

Sarap! ;) Thank Youuuuuu!

Sharing my recipe for potato salad. Laging request sa parties at sa office :)

potatoes, cubed
carrots, diced
Ladies' choice mayo
pickle relish
pineapple chunks
salt
sugar

Boil carrots and potatoes until soft, but not too soft to be mashed. Tama lang na hindi madudurog pag hinalo.
When potatoes and carrots are cooked, mix with the other ingredients. Add sugar and salt according to taste.
Chill overnight.
Serve and enjoy!

I was searching for something easy (since i don't cook well)  to cook kanina when i came across this. I tried to follow the instruction while praying fir my hisband to like it. It turned out good! Could be great sana if i poured more milk and added more mushrooms :) medyo matigas lang yung beef but otherwise, ok na ok na sana.  I'll cook this again :)

tried Ham and potato soup last night mabenta!

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups peeled and diced potatoes
1/3 cup diced celery
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup carrot, diced (optional)
1 cup diced cooked ham (buy a ham steak in the deli section)
3 1/4 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground white or black pepper, or to taste
5 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk

Instructions
Combine the potatoes, celery, onion, carrot, ham and chicken broth in a stockpot. Bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in the salt and pepper.
In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour with a fork, and cook, stirring constantly until thick, about 1 minute. Slowly stir in milk so that lumps don't form and until all of the milk has been added. Continue stirring over medium-low heat until thick, 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir the milk mixture into the stockpot, and cook soup until heated through.
Top with cheddar cheese, chives, and bacon if desired. Serve immediately.
