gelatin, in different flavors and colors (at least 4)
8 envelopes clear, unflavored gelatin
1.5 liters evaporated milk, at room temperature
small can condensed milk
Cook/dissolve flavored gelatin separately according to packet instructions, reducing the amount of water by about half a cup. When set, cube and leave in the refrigerator.
Mix condensed milk into evaporated milk. Dissolve 8 envelopes unflavored gelatin in milk. Bring to a boil in a thick-bottomed pan.
Let cool until milk thickens a bit. Pour into desired mold, about 2/3 full.
Drop flavored gelatin cubes into milk-gelatin mixture, and mix the colors and flavors by stirring them around gently.
Refrigerate until set.
Good for 3 molds.

Bread Pudding1 large Pullman loaf (sandwich bread)
5 c fresh milk, divided
1 c butter, slightly softened
2 c sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c raisins
freshly-grated nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350?F. Grease two 9 in. x 13 in. baking pans.
Tear the bread into medium-size chunks (include the crust). Soak bread chunks in 3 ? cups of milk until softened, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat butter in an electric mixer until creamy. Add sugar and continue beating until fluffy.
Pour in remaining 2 cups milk then beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract, raisins and nutmeg. Fold the butter mixture into the soaked bread.
Spoon into prepared pans, dividing equally. Bake for 35 minutes or until firm. Let cool slightly before serving.

Microwave Mug Brownie2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp water
few drops vanilla extract
a dash salt
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1) In a coffee mug mix water, oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk well.
2) Add cocoa powder; whisk well. Add sugar; whisk well. Add flour; whisk well.
3) Microwave for 60-75 seconds. 60 seconds for a slightly molten bottom, 75 seconds for uniformly done. I put mine in for 70 seconds and I think it's perfect. Top with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream! And chocolate syrup (if you reeeeally like chocolate..).
Makes 1 serving.

MICROWAVE FUDGEIngredients:
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
(2) twelve oz. packages semi-sweet morsels (we use Hershey)
(1) fourteen oz. can sweetened and condensed milk
1. Pour all ingredients in large microwave safe bowl.
2. Microwave a total of five minutes
3. Stop and stir every two minutes (and after the last minute)
4. Pour into 9×9 pan
5. Refrigerate 2 hrs or freeze 45 mins (if you just can’t wait!).
6. Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy!

One Minute Peanut Butter Cake1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 heaping tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons peanut butter
A hand full of chocolate chips (optional)
1 teaspoon milk
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1) In a small bowl, whisk together egg, brown sugar, baking powder, peanut butter, chocolate chips and flour. Pour batter into a greased ramekin or mug. Microwave for 30-45 seconds.
2) While the cake is microwaving, stir together milk and powdered sugar, adding more powdered sugar if necessary to thicken the glaze. Pour the glaze over top and ENJOY!
