nagbackread ako sa HCG thread... haha.. congrats kay Kat and Jhoanne! :) inggit ako..

i stop HCG for 1 week na.. I did lose 6lbs for 7 days.. medyo onti lang since i cant follow the protocol dahil sa work ko..

and umm, has someone experience na maging tender yung hinaharap naten?? hahaha.. Just curious lang, baka ako nakakaexperience.  ::)

^^i agree! :D one best thing I love with this program is the word "discipline". Ahhhh I just love being healthy! Let's all be healthy plus sexy? Hahahaha... Never akong naging slim my entire life so I don't expect that to happen but why not, maybe I just need moreeeee determination to get that goal finally!? ::) let's see...

No drops lang but same food intake as required. So tiisan lang talaga. Focus and determination! ;)

^^Calin thanks!  :) so far sa first round 20lbs ang nabawas sa akin, was expecting 30lbs actually but hek! 20 isn't bad at all!!! For the month of Sept. rest ako same with sis Muriel tapos magsasabay kami sa 2nd round. Maganda pala pag may communication kayo ng mga fellow dieters kasi you get to compare and it made me super motivated! :D Parang healthy cOmpetition lang for me ito kasi hindi nman negative ang goal mo kundi makakabuti talaga. ;) Me, Muriel and Callin communicate most of the time about this program... and I know I owe them big time with my achievement this first round. I'm gonna try to shed more this "rest month" the best I can, if not, just maintain what I have now and focus again on the 2nd round to finally get rid of that 20-30lbs! Help us to be more focused Lord.  :-*

ako lang naiwan simula ng nagstart tayo magHCG katkat :( actually my goal is just 20lbs.. so far I lose 7 lbs never gain back since nagstop ako.. hirap talaga pag di nagluluto, i buy process foods.. natetempt ako dahil andun na ako sa loob ng restaurant or fastfood..

I dont like that effect on me.. haha! parang kasi lumaki siya? hahaha.. maybe dahil I'm using pellets kaya ganun.. nagstop nadin ako dahil dun at headache.. :(

Ganun ba kabilis effect nito?

Tom is my phase 2 day 1, excited na ago to lose the weight...hay sana I will have the discipline to stick to this diet. I really have a lot to lose (60lbs) and I want to start now para healthy living for my son.

Anyway, I just wanted to share this recipe, I prepared 4 batches good for 4 meals...it's actually a modified version of what I usually cook for my family - this is the hcg version:

Steamed fish fillet with ginger and garlic

4 pcs tilapia fillets (each pc cut to 100 g servings)
1/2 cup Braggs soy sauce (zero calorie)
3 packets stevia (green stevia from mercury)
2 cloves garlic minced
15ml extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup water
3 tbs grated ginger
1 tbs sliced ginger
Onion leaves

Put the tilapia fillets in a steamer, layer the sliced ginger at the bottom and on top. Season with 1/4 teaspoon sea salt  (optional)
While fish is steaming, mix soy sauce, stevia, and grated ginger and simmer for 5 mins
Put EVOO in pan and fry the minced garlic until brown - this will only take about a minute don't take too long as the garlic will burn.
Layer steamed tilapia, sliced onion leaves and pour bout 3 tbs of the soy sauce mixture. Put 1 tsp garlic on top.

This makes 4 servings . Enjoy!

Gusto ko to gawin without the drops. Kaso di ko kaya kasi wala akong time magprepare ng food. Hopefully someday medyo lumuwag na sched ko. :)
