I gained 2.4 pounds from the weekend, huhuhu... I ate rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner... Parang I "forgot" about my diet in the morning... tapos tuloy tuloy na... when I stepped on the scale kanina, it was a wake-up call. Back to strict diet na naman... I am just thankful na hindi sya umabot ng 180 ulit... I just don't get it. Parang I lost my head nung Sunday...

I don't drink spiru-tein but another brand, 2 times a day lang dapat kasi breakfast: coffe or tea lang ang allowed. But for us with sis Muriel, we don't think it's healthy na twice yung protein drinks hindi kasi healthy yung walang iggrinned ang stomach. I will take protein drink pag siguro nasa labas ako at walang na-prepare na right food or pag di pa nman ako tlaga nagugutom at tinatad mag prepare ng food. Mga ganung cases lang but if replacing my meals with pure protein drinks i think that will not happen. :)

i take spiru-tein shake to replace one protein meal in a day. i don't do it everyday. pag siguro wala lang akong options for my protein meals or pang rotate lang because we are supposed to take different proteins in each and every meal. for example, if you take beef ng lunch, its better if you take a lighter protein meal for dinner, pwede chicken, fish or yn nga, the spiru-tein shake. our diet kasi relies more on proteins kasi. according to the diet manual (its the modern approach on the pouds and inches ni dr simeons) recommended that 300 calories out of the 500 calories we are allowed in a day should come from lean proteins. its up to you how you divide the remaining 200 calories between the veggies, fruits. pwede ka rin umextra ng carbs from the melba toast, grissini or soya sticks pero ang mahirap kasi minsan sa mga fillers na ito is ang hirap tumigil sa isa or dalawang piraso pero syempre thats where will power takes place. i personally don't take much of the carbs kasi sinasanay ko talaga sarili ko na super minimal carbs lang during the diet. i also take more veggies than fruits kasi mas filling for me ang veggies and most of the veggies i eat are those na super low calories so mas favorable sakin saka fruits kasi medyo mataas sugar so iwas din ako ng masyado marami nun.

sis kat, magiistall ka talaga during period. that happened to me nga, kamalasan ko pa, wala akong drops so grabe talaga cravings and all pero im happy because nanalo ako against my cravings. hehe

^ it arrived na sis. i started taking drops again yesterday. mahirap talaga magcontrol kao nanghihinayang ako sa nasimulan ko na. siguro rin dahil nasanay na yung tummy ko na ganun na lang talaga kaunti yung food intake ko kaya di ako masyado nahirapan nung wala ako drops. siguro proper mind set rin talaga and focus sa goals kelangan. i have known this diet a long time ago pero recently lang ako nag attempt kasi i wanted to be physically, mentally and emotionally prepared. mahirap kasi pag di ka ready, tendency magbabackslide ka talaga. i am just so lucky to have a very supportive boyfriend who reminds me everyday of my goals and tracks down my progress. pati nga daw siya naglose ng weight kasi syempre pag magkasama kami, he needs to be considerate din of his eating habits kasi alam niya na maawa ako sa sarili not being able to eat the same way. hehe. actually stress ang kalaban ko sa diet na ito eh. pag naiistress ako sa work, hay naku, nawawala ako sa sarili ko pero alam mo, im somehow happy kasi even if i cheat, meron na ako accountability sa mga wrong doings ko and i do make sure na i make up double time for that. dati kasi, keber, wala ako pakialam kung ano nilalagay ko sa bibig ko. now i think of the consequences  talaga and ano ang dapat ko gawin to mitigate.

been cheating for the past few days... the good thing is that i am not gaining weight... pero the bad thing is i am not losing either... so until now, 10 pounds pa rin lose ko... kaya di talaga pwede cheat kasi, once you start cheating... hirap na magstop.

i started hcg last june (a little over 21 days lang for stage 2). i did one month break in july (coming off phase) where i successfully maintained my weight within +-2 lbs. and i started again this month. i've already lost a total of 27 lbs.

especially in the beginning, i opted to get a food delivery service para controlled ang portions and i have to eat what i get. nowadays, i have an idea of how much vegetables and meat i can eat kaya i am able to control the amount and types of food.

my goal is to lose at least 40 lbs to get to a healthy weight. i'm happy that i'm more than halfway there.

just keep at it and have enough willpower to control your cravings. masasanay rin kayo. :)

weighing yourself daily really helps. i bought a digital weighing scale especially for this diet. kahit .4 lbs or .2 lbs lost at least i know na bumabawas ang weight ko. this is especially critical in the 3rd phase where any weight gained should be lost the next day.

still, i admit to cheating a couple of times in very controlled portions... or i make up for it by just eating an orange for dinner (or none at all).

^ i think it's a matter of monitoring your weight and balancing it out. for me during the coming off phase, bawi bawi lang kung nag gain one day. pero in general, it wasn't that hard and sometimes, i'm surprised when i lost weight without much effort. it's really up to you and your commitment to staying on the weight you are in.
also, by cheat, if you mean lalamon ka... ay, di ata pwede yun. kahit normal circumstance, di naman talaga dapat kumakain nang ganun.
actually, that's what i love about the loading phase. i get to eat whatever i want just to get that craving off my system. after that day, control na.

I just ordered hcg drops intermountain yung brand, just want to know since dapat oil free products na gagamitin. Im not sure if i can still use dove soap and jergens lotion. Please help po, and also pwede din ba ko magmoisturizer like celeteque? Ano din po cooking oil safe gamitin? Pag sa phase 1 may mga foods ba na di safe kainin or kahit ano pwede?

For phase 1 you can eat ANYTHING you want. it's recommended, however, that when you do load up on food, make the most of it protein fat rather than carbs fat. i.e. steaks rather than cake, beef burger rather than ice cream. the goal here is to gain weight for the first two days before cutting your intake to 500 calories per day.

with your question regarding oil free products, you don't have to completely give up lotions, etc. try to minimize your application of these siguro to every other day instead of everyday. For me, before HCG I did the whole process of cleanser, toner, elixir/oil and moisturizer every night. I now limit it to 2-3 times a week and it didn't affect my weight loss. yung soap baka di naman siguro. you need to take a bath every day, after all. :)

just weighed myself this morning, my weight loss is approaching 30 lbs! :)
