sa pagkakaalala ko butter ata yon (not sure) they put a small butter on the center or the cake board then put on the cheesecake then chill it. sa chocolate cheesecake naman chocolate yung nasa center sa ilalim to make it stick to the board.

thank you sis for the tips... mukhang na-solve ng butter yung problema ko.

^ you can use a dollop of your frosting to make the cake stick on the board or doily (if you're using one) :)

^ sis i'm no pro pero nagkaron na din ako ng mga ganyang cookie flaws. baka isa sa mga 'to

1. kulang sa flour
2. hindi sakto or kulang yung temperature ng oven nung sinalang yung cookies
3. kulang pa sa oras

sometimes i refrigerate my dough bago ko isalang sa oven.

I'm not sure about having crunchy cookies because I always aim to have the chewy kind of cookie, like the soft batch of Keebler (close enough).

you can try this recipe:

^unsalted sis. tapos try mo rin na wag i-over beat yun batter kasi baka isa din yun sa culprit why naging muffin-like ang texture. :)

go sis kaya mo yan ma-perfect ;)

Medyo Off-topic: yung sister ko birthday nya tomorrow and she bakes na rin and kumikita na rin somehow.

sis, siguro mas maappreciate nya kung baking book ang ibibigay mo sa kanya... pwede ding baking tools... like baking pan/dish, cake decorating tools, silicone spatula/mat etc.  much better kung yung tipong unique ang design... like yung nakita ko sa rustan's na heart shaped measuring cup. i'm also a baker... at yung mga items na namention ko ang talagang gusto ko makuha as gift.
