im using kyowa electirc oven and im loving it :=)

Hi sis.  I just bought Kyowa 28L oven. How to use the oven for baking cupcakes and cookies?  Top rods, bottom rods, or both?  And do you follow the baking time in the recipe or need to lessen the time?

Flop yun cupcake ko yesterday kasi Celcius pala sa oven.  Hindi ko na convert, kaya pala till 250 lang. Engots lang po!  Sayang, Magnolia Gold butter pa naman gamit ko.
