Thank you sis jiaxi for sharing the recipe of mini cheese cake..nitry ko sya nung saturday. Cream O nga lang ginamit ko, mas gusto ko kasi yun kaysa sa orea :D
Ang sarap, try nyo din, dali pa gawin.
Gumawa lang ako ng caramel sauce, wala kasi ako mabili, dagdag kaalaman na naman!

sis i already tried that kind of recipe using sour cream, tastes delicious noh? how about the frosting? hindi ba too sweet? i have yet to find a not too sweet vanilla buttercream frosting for my cupcakes kasi...

^yeah sis you're right. it's a little too sweet so what i do is reduce the sugar. like you, i'm also looking for the best buttercream frosting recipe. balitaan mo ko pag nakakita ka, pls? :)

^^so far ok naman sis but [textspeak!] frosting nga tends to be a little too sweet. still looking and experimenting  sa frosting :)

^i think its ok. as long as you've got a reputable brand. mahirap kasi pag yun mga mumurahin lang hindi ka sigurado sa quality. :)

Mga anong brand kaya sis? Naisip ko nga bumili sa saizen yung tig 88 pesos haha. Nakita ko kasi sa landmark, 1200 ang isang silicon muffin pan. Ganun pala kamahal yun! Ayoko na kasi sanang gumamit ng liners sa gagawin kong mini cupcakes.

^ayun nga sis ang mumurahin na ibig ko sabihin hehe. mahal talaga yun mga silicon pans e. kadalasan sa gourdo's ako nakakakita ng ganun. may max usage din ang mga silicons. i bought silpat dati, max 3000 uses daw.  ;D

^ talaga sis, hanggang 3000 uses lang ang silpat? i didn't know that. kala ko for life na ang gamit nun, hehe. meron pa naman ako ng silpat baking liner, kakabili ko lang.
