sis phurple0515 - yup try mo minicheesecakes, madali lang naman gawin. your hubby will surely love it, swear! ;)

Ako naman nag start magbake recently lang, as in march this year.

by the way, i already used a buttermilk substitution sa vanilla cupcakes! ginamit ko yung 1tbs vinegar + enough milk to measure 1 cup, then i let it sit for 5mins. ok naman kinalabasan ng cupcakes ko! ang sarap nga eh...

thanks sa mga nagreply! will definitely try that. natatakot lang siguro ako mag experiment, baka kasi walang kumain ;D pero yung mga ready to mix sa groceries na-eenjoy ko talaga kaya naisip ko masaya siguro subukan na mastart from scratch :D

hi sisses! any recommendation po for a countertop convection oven? beginner plang din ako.. err.. about to start with baking pa langactually hehe... i live in a small space unit kaya i think mas practical and more adaptable to have a countertop type convection oven but i have little knowledge of what to look for in an oven where i can bake cupcakes and cookies :)

Any brand and/or features you can recommend? thanks!

tried your choco muffin recipe this morning sis jiaxi. nakulangan lang ako ng yoghurt. instead of 1 cup yung 120 ml lang ang nailagay ko. pero okay naman ang results. tama lang for adult taste, not too sweet. thanks a lot.

Thank you sis jiaxi for sharing the recipe of mini cheese cake..nitry ko sya nung saturday.

wow new thread na. :)

Hi sis!

Did you notice the expiration date? I read your post over the weekends and when I was at Savemore earlier today I saw 4kg Pillsbury flour on B1T1.  I checked the expiration date - Aug. 31, 2012.
