Hi girls! re-opening the thread...

Anyone here took advantage of their Blissful Weekday package? Recently they are offering 150K for 100 pax but the inclusions are standard lang. Was it enough to get an intimate wedding? We're on a tight budget din but I love TH so we're considering the venue talaga.

@ducky thanks ahh sa feedback sa food nila. we are planning to get the buffet package sana para masaya.. hehe pwede ba ko mag-ask syo if sino AE mo sa TH? kase yung AE namin eh di nagrereply pag may question si fiance. ganun ba talaga? and lastly pwede ko ba malaman yung naging flow ng process mo sa TH? worried na kase kami ni fiance parang dinededma kase kami ng AE namin. and can you share yung suppliers mo? baka maka-help. hehe thanks pasensya na ahh. by the way, si sharon ae namin.

@margauxkhloe - for your wedding ba sis? rooms na worth 2500-3K are small rooms and very basic lang ha. Usually I consider mo pa [textspeak!] # of photogs/HMUA/videographers/Coordinators plus relatives during your preps.

@cielokulit - I super loved the food. In house ang food/catering nila - and bawal from outside. Guests, even those based from abroad, were all praises sa food. btw, we got the sit-down platters.

@bearclaire - Anna Sotto of EMS . Highly recommended siya ng AE of Tagaytay highlands and no OOT since tagaytay based na siya.

Si Sharon na AE namin ang nagpadali ng buhay namin sa preparation sa TH. Very knowledgeable at maparaan. We were able to customize the package at may mga naging free pa kami. Overall, we love TH! Sulit ang gastos.

Do we need permits if we want fireworks for our wedding in Tagaytay Highlands? Because I read somewhere that we need a city permit for the fireworks for some areas.

sis abrilata TH will allow fireworks naman as long as si DragonFireworks ang supplier not sure lang about the permits

mga sis na nakapag wedding na sa TH, ok na ba yung 1 round of iced tea lang? mejo alangan kami ni h2b dito kase baka kulangin. Pero if we go for the refillable naman, gagastos kami ng around 23K for it  so ang balak namin is mag 2 rounds na lang ng ice tea for the guests... any suggestions?

hello, im also considering tagaytay highland as our venue.. pansin ko, thread is quite na. =( I've learned a lot from your posts girls..  I also have inquiry if enough na yung binibigay nilang package na 240k? with stylist and others.. and I dont need to hire pa separate stylist?

Hi nyotik for the 240k na package, you will get the basic styling lang from their in house stylist (Badang Rueda or Mike Ruiz) pero if you want a themed styling, magdadagdag ka pa ng extra bayad  my suggestion is to request from your AE ng pictures ng basic styling na kasama sa package na 240k and then see for yourself if that will be enough

if you're not happy naman with the basic styling, pwede mo din ipatanggal ang "stylist" sa 240k package and get the package at 100k less and get your own stylist hehe hope this helps

I can't decide on the reception venue, though naka reserve na kami sa Taalena kasi we were supposed to get L&J for the catering. After our FT we find the food just okay. Gusto sana ng mom ko yung exceptional yung food kasi yun daw yung maalala ng tao. Not sure kasi if kuya willie will still help with the venue kasi hndi pa nia ako kinontact ulit kasi busy daw.  i found this resort, Santa Maria resort sa Talisay, tabi sya ng lake and kita din yung taal. Rate nia is 70k including 20 rooms na (but their room is standard lang, not so good). Malaki naman yung place, malaki pa for our 200 guests.

Any suggestions?

sis, ako personal opinion lang ha.. and this is no way sinisiraan yung mga stylists... nakita ko kase pics ng basic styling nila.. and hindi talaga ako natuwa... sabi kase, if I wanted the bongga setup.. I have to add at least another 100K (paid to the stylist) depende sa theme or sa decor na gusto mo (price could go higher)

gaya ng nabanggit ko sa post above, better to see for yourself (ask your highlands AE) and look at the pics ng basic stylng nila Mike and Badang.  But both stylists are exceptionally good. Kaya nga lang lahat ng bongga decor nila entails an additional cost.

Sana din pala makapag advice din ang mga sis naten who had their wedding sa TH and got the Heavenly Highlands package

^no need na to be a member or any sponsorship. Open na sila for weddings to any guests. Inquire ka lang directly sa kanila.

I went to a wedding last year and I'm sure it was just the basic package.  The wedding turned out nice, it will simple and intimate.  If gusto niyo bongga, outsource nalang talaga kayo someone like floristgids.
