hi sis poligals! Ang ganda ng George Foreman kasi hindi ako marunong magluto. So, nilalagay ko lang sa grill chicken, steak, grilled sandwich kahit veggies. Tapos, inaalis pa yung extra oil so less fat. Nung tiningnan ko dito sa Dubai, mga 3000 pesos ang grill. Pero good thing, may nag garage sale dito. Binenta yung grill nya kasi bumili sila ng mas malaki, Bought a second-hand grill, mga 6 months slightly used for 100 dirhams (1000 pesos more or less). Hmmm, tapos ang GF ay electric grill pala.

Sis francesigh, I know how you feel. Naku, we should be buddies talaga para support! Suggestion ni sis mikaelaindxb sa Dubai Hospital. In fairness, yun na ang pinakamura.. Mga 300+ dirhams. Hindi kas covered ng insurance. At first, ayaw daw nila accpet ng from private clinic. Nagpa-charming lang talaga ako kesyo I am really desperate to lose the weight at I can't afford sa private hospitals/ clinics. Sa Wellcare, 1425 dirhams lahat. Gulp! $:-\$ Be there early tapos in the afternoon, ready na results.

hi mga sis...nag backread ako and saw that it costs 55k??? question...yung meal plan po ba na nasa program like the ingredients and recipes are applicable to pinoys? like can you easily get the ingredients sa market? or imported din yung iba? and mahal? and the blood tests na sinasabe nila..is it included sa 55k? how often nila gagawin yun? please enlighten me...i wanted to try this sana...pero baka maging pareho lang sa mga cookbooks ko yung mga recipes na mahirap gawin and mahirap mahanap and mahal mga ingredients...

sis wife2be thanks po!Sana open ang laboratory ng dubai hospital ng sabado, dun nalang ako magpapa lab hehe. Excited na ako, feeling ko dito na ako papayat haha.. nagstart ka na ba ng diet mo? Update ka dito ng results ha? =) ako din mag uupdate once I get started. Thanks sa support mga sis! ^_^

ay tumawag ako sa dubai hospital, hindi daw pwede yung referral galing sa doctor outside the hospital T_T. hindi pa kasi lumalabas yung insurance card namin. sana lumabas na soon para makapagpa lab na ako T_T

Yes sis. Normal food and spices available in groceries. Yung yogurt is available in santis, s&r and rustans.. Yung 1 tub sa santis is about P475 ata. But the rest available in markets and groceries. Ako I buy in Nepa Q mart my vegetables. Super cheap.

The 55k fee excludes the fee for blood tests. Although I got my first blood test free because that was their promo when I signed up.

sis francesigh, wag ka mawalang ng determination. pumunta ka sa Dubai Hospital kasi once you are there, hindi ka nila pwede paalisin. Sabihin mo naka-fast ka na. Derecho ka sa second floor lab, mas mababait ang mga tao kesa sa first floor. dun ka din naman kukuha ng referral and costings. go lang! be there early but don't overfast para hindi sayang ang effort sa fasting.

One week tomorrow! Salamat talaga! The first few days were a challenge -- medyo headache and gutom nga. Pero ngayon, much better. Tapos I dont know if its just my imagination, but my clothes feel less tight. Yay!

For those on the program... queston on fruit and crackers... Can you still eat your fruit/crackers after 9pm (still allowance). If you can eat after 9, do you still have to wait 2 hr before going to bed?

Francesigh, they will get your height and shoe size and weight, compute bmi, and check compare with what shoud be normal bmi considering your height typos yun yung goal.

I think malaki ang weight loss sa first month like what achengtarush mentioned in the previous thread. And like what most cohenites said, dapat no deviations para fast ang weight loss.

I am on my 13th day na. Medyo nakakaloka na kasi halos pare pareho Lang ang kinakain ko (because I don't know how to cook). It helps that everybody in my house is supportive --- they all try to keep all the other food, my hubby buys my crackers and yogurt, ate buys my vegetables and my kids say everyday na maluwag clothes ko. Sana kayanin ko to Ng 6 months!

Btw, bawal talaga mag weigh before the 28th day. My family is so supportive that someone here took out the battery of my bathroom weighing scale! Hahaha

yehey, blessing from heaven may deal sa dubai modern laboratory 250AED lang ang complete blood test. i saw the ads from groupon. ayos! ginagawan na talaga ng paraan ng langit para pumayat ako hahahaha! magpapablood test na ako bukas.

MGM13, congrats on getting your meal plan! When will they endorse the plan to you?

Quian, a typical day for me would include yoghurt for breakfast, fruit for mid morning snack, lunch is grilled chicken with stir-fry vegetables and some crackers. Merienda is fruit and some crackers. Dinner is steak with salad, and fruit for dessert.
