Wala sa NBS sis. If you asked them, they will tell you to reserved this book, pay for it, and wait it to ship directly to your branch. As far as I remember, it is cost Php1800+ from them. I'll be buying this book soon and directly kay Demarco and will ship it first to my Aunt's house and ship it here in the Philippines. Mas menos sya for me.

This is a very helpful thread. Dati ko nang naririnig ang term na passive income, na I myself has been earning na pala. We are renting out a 2-storey apartment. By next year, itu-turn over na sa amin yung condo na binili namin in its pre-selling stage. 5 years ago, my husband and I decided to buy this condo kesa naman ilagay sa bangko yung excess money namin na maliit lang ang kikitain. By next year upon turnover, doble na yung price ng condo, we have the option to sell it or rent it out. Matagal nga lang ang realization ng income, kaya kakalimutan mo muna for a while yung money na ininvest mo. Excited na talaga ko for next, but in the meantime hahanap muna ko ng iba pang source of income.

just yesterday while chatting with my ofw hubby, na mention nya na pwede daw sya makapag loan sa bank abroad (where he's working) ng 500,00 to 1 million php. I asked him kung sakali saan naman namin gagamitin, sabi nya lagay daw muna sa bank. I'm thinking of an investment. sa totoo lang mag 10 yrs na sya working abroad and wala pa kami ipon.

^Just an advice. You should not use a loan to make a business. Beside, you are not sure yet if it will be successful.

Morbid pero it's a possible scenario in real life.

Isipin niyo muna how much ba ang target amount at para saan?

Example: how much ba ang dapat ipunin para makauwi na si Mister?

Tapos "pay yourself first". Ibig pong sabihin, SALARY - SAVINGS = EXPENSES

Forms of savings:

sa buwanang padala magtabi ng 10 to 20% of salary for each of the following:

1) Emergency fund
2) Investment Fund
3) Life Insurance

One vehicle for passive income is the stock market.

But with higher returns also means higher risks

You can start with what you have.

Yeah, me I'm a bit frustrated about my age and nothing happens...

10 years in a BPO industry, I started young tapos wala ako ginawa kundi gummimick ng gumimick, then I realized na ano nga ba nangyare sakin?

Now, I'm a single mom I know na hindi pa huli. So inisip ko na why not start it now.
I've been computing lang yung mga needed tapos pag may natira sa salry ko, lipat agad sa savings account ko.
I hope matuloy tuloy ko na.

I received an advised din na gawa ako ng plan ko. Isulat ko daw sa notebook. Be realistic daw. So, it's like a Bucket list on my end.

I hope its not too late and I can do it.

I'm also thinking of PASSIVE INCOME, SIDELINE at kung ano ano pa..
