Thanks ladies, kaya nga liit muna nilabas ko para atleast di iyak pag sakaling di magwork. Nagbasa basa din naman ako ng feedbacks and since madaming good reviews worldwide, i decided to try. Update ko kayo if okay 2 months pa lang sya dito sa Pilipinas, but the company itself is 5 years na.

Anyone heard of Emgoldex? I just recently invested dito, started with 3k and it will earn 15k in return. Sana magwork saken, based on the feedbacks, mukhang legit naman

ingat po, kasi usually pag mataas ang return at mattas ang percentage medyo delikado, scam po talaga yan.. maging careful po tayo kasi pera po natin yung sinasali natin sa ganyan, imbis na investment lalo tayo mawalan ng ipon

First, I shared my budgeting system called the money jars. Dapat kasi muna talaga merong habit of saving. Pag di marunong magtabi / magtimpi e wala rin naman maikukubli

more or less magkano na kaya estimated amount magpatayo ng bahay from bare lot? i was hoping makapagparent kami ng duplex and eventually maging passive income after makapagpagawa ng 2 stories duplex.

^ thanks sis for the info. sorry for the noob question though, kapag contractor ba kasama na sa kanila yung pag-aayos ng water pipe, ng wire for electricity, etc?

nasanay lang kasi ako yung mga construction worker around the block ang hire ng mga kakilala ko. and not sure kung halos pareho lang ang expenses sa kanila (labor + materials) compared sa contractors. TIA!

^ thanks again sis. i talked to mom this dinner and asked for her opinion. mas mura nga daw if sa kin galing yung materials and laborer but the disadvantage is that we need to keep an eye on the laborers all the time - something i don't have because of the kids. kasi if hindi babantayan, lugi din ako sa bayad sa mga tao.

will try to research more about this, and hopefully we can make up our mind na soon. thank you sis!

Thats the initial investment sis. After that, its up to you kahit magkano na ihulog mo monthly or weekly, or semi monthly... walang minimum amount after nun. Pero mas makakatipid ka sa fees if mga around 8k ang pambili mo ng stocks sa bawat hulog mo..

Property rental talaga.
I have my commercial property 20k/mon and residential at 28k/month. Husband meron stock na nag bibigay divedends usually ber months. Mutual funds hindi ko talaga matutunan to pero alam ko kumuha asawa ko nyan. Haha!
