Going to the US: I-130 Petition (Spouse/Immediate Relative) Part 4

Mga sis magtatanong lang ako, paano pag dipa current ang priority date ko and that is Feb 28, 2014 for EB3. Single pa kasi ako pero balak namin mag civil wedding ni bf this year or next year. Sobrang tagal din ba ng hihintayin nya if next year pa sya maiifile? Nag email kasi ako sa employer ko kung ano dapat gawin pero dipa nag reply.

Sis kapag ba EB3? may greencard ka na ba nun? or working visa sya? kapag working visa and sagot ng employer mo. in 4 months yata makakapunta narin sya with you or pwede sabay na kayo.. kung employer mo yung sasagot.

if nakakuha na ng spousal visa, ilang months kaya dapat ako magenter ng US? sa fiance visa sabi nila 90 days daw upon issuance of visa nasa US ka na dapat. sa Spousal kaya may idea kayo?

BTW sis, my hubby is now us citizen he got it last August 20, 2014. Then he mailed NVC to upgrade yung approve petition nya sa akin from F2A to IR1/CR1. Ilang days or weeks kaya ma upgrade? and once the petition was upgraded. ilang weeks kaya kami mkakareceive ng next step. Gusto ko natalaga makasama yung asawa ko

Im not sure if this is the right thread for this. But i have a question. I got here in the US 3 yrs 8mos ago, thru f2a.. My husband is very much qualified to apply for US citizenship but for some reason tinatamad lang siya. If ever kaya na maging US citizen siya pwede na din kaya ako mag apply for citizenship? Since 3 years lang ang hintay ng spouse of US citizen? Tia!

planning to attend my friend's wedding sa January sa Bali. booking airplane tix na kasi so if im waiting for an interview appointment now, baka by october or november mainterview na ako... hopefully.

not sure about the upgrade sis but for sure mas faster yan than f2a.. congrats to your hubby

Thank you sis! Until now no respond from NVC. sabi nila wait for 30 days then alteast 10days sabi ng rep na nakausap ng hubby ko sa NVC. But sabi ng iba madali na nga daw once upgraded. Sana may good news na.

Sis wait mo na lang mainterview ang hirap kasi kapag nag pareschedule and depende if may available. Good luck to you sis!

Hi mga Sis help us naman. My hubby is a filipino who is naturalized to be a US citizen, now he nevver lived in US do you think pwede pa din niya kami petition ng daughter ko so we can all migrate to US currently kasi nasa Singapore kami lahat nagwowork kami.

Can anyone relate to me or baka may alam po kayo about this, please help.

Sis you mean US citizen na si hubby mo? Kung ganun pwede yun sis.. make sure lang may proof na US citizen sya. PWede kayo visit sa site ng uscis.gov

Hi sis jazzlawyer buti ka pa interview mo na. Good luck sis! Basta make sure clear yung xray mo. Inom ka ng sterilized milk. Hehe. Para di ka na mag sputum test. It may cause of delay sa interview mo yun.

Update pala sa petition ng hubby ko sa akon. Finally us citizen na si hubby. Nakapagsend na kami ng aos and iv packet in one package sa NVC. Sana mag case complete n kami soon. Sis when ka pala naging case complete. Nagkachecklist na kayo?

^ sis nakalagay lang sa letter na they have received my checklist. nung July yun.di explicit na sinabi na case complete kami. sabi lang they have received our requirements.  tapos October ko na natanggap yung interview letter. so i presumed na case complete na kami kasi they gave us a schedule na for interview.

^ sis pinadalhan ako ng latest ITR ng hubby pero scanned lang. ok na kaya yun? ayaw niya padala yung original docs eh natatakot siyang mawala..

Sis okay lang na photocopy of ITR make sure may copy ka din ng w2. Kung IRS transcript binigay nya sayo no need ng w2. Goodluck sis!😊

update ko lang kayo na just had my interview a while ago and approved na visa ko. waiting nalang ako madeliver sa bahay. ilang days kaya yun? sana saglit lang.

They stamped "cancelled without prejudice" yung tourist visa ko. sabi ng consul "we need to cancel that since youre no longer a tourist and youre now an immigrant" kaya don ko nalaman na approved ako.

wala na additional hiningi samen. since 1 year yung processing ng docs namin, upto date lahat

tinignan lang photos namin ng hubby. sabi ni consul, ang ganda daw ng wedding dress ko. tinanong ilan visitors namin sa wedding sabi ko aroung "250 guests." nanlaki mata niya kasi ang extravagant daw.

napansin ko lang mas madaming tanong yung pinoy na first nag interview saken kesa sa consul mismo. mas strict sila

yun lang. thanks lahat sa help.
