Wow newly wed lang din pala kayo. Kami din last oct 2013 lang ikinasal. Biglaan lang ang lahat LOL. we just only 22 yrs old when we got married. Gusto nya na kasi ako makuha agad. kahit LPR palang sya nag filed na sya para upgrade na lang yung petition once nakuha na ya citizenship nya marami na gumagawa nun sa mga nababasa ko

Got my NOA2 last Feb 6. Our is Nov 18

^NOA1 =Notice of Acceptance
NOA2 = Notice of Approval

Eto nakita ko lang OL:

NOA1 is a reciept of notice and NOA2 is acceptance of notice.
 
Once you submit your petition to the USCIS Service Center, you will receive a Receipt Notice, commonly referred to on the internet as NOA1. The time it takes to receive the NOA1 varies.
 
The NOA1 Receipt Number is the number you can then use to track your case. You can check the status in the given link USCIS Case Status Online- https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do

we also just got our NO2. nakalagay don they'll send us miminum of 30 days mga docs ata. haha! naku lets update each other sis! di ko lam ano ipeprepare ko!

 - yes i heard nga na maretrogress daw ng last quater daw so july yun. sana hindi naman. Si hubby kasi mag file ng citizenship nya on april para di na daw kami maghintay kung mag current yung PD.

Aww yun lang Sis.. but alam mo kung di magretrogression okay lang hindi ifile ni hubby. pero gusto nya na kasi makapunta ako agad dun. Tsaka sis 1 to 2 years ang estimate kapag nasa f2A category. Kaya dont worry mabilis lang din yan

Sis pwede mo sya ilagay as derivatives kapag nag sign ka na ng DS260..

Last month pinasa ko na yung requirements ko like marriage cert, NBI, birth cert, photos. that was after we filled out our ds260. sabi nila will take 1 month pa daw para makakuha ng letter from them. ano na sunod ko? Nov 2013 PD kami. Spousal visa. kala ko mga 8 months lang finish na. Going 9 months na kami di pa kami tapos.

Sis nagiging delay na nga ang processing now sa nvc. Dahil marami sila narereceive na petitions from us citizen. Pero sis madali na yan. Ang swerte mo nga kasi andyan ka na stage na nagsend ka na ng mga requirements sa ds260. Kapag nag nag case complete ka na. Waiting ka na lang for interview Btw sis nung nag submit kayo online sa ds261 yung choice of agent sino nilagay nyo si hubby mo ba? TIA

Sis nabasa ko pala yung timeline mo dun sa isang topic na spousal visa. Hehe nag back track ako lol. Kasi sis kaya kayo nagtagal dahil late nyo na rin pala na isubmit yung AOS nyo kasi diba march 30 nyo na yata na isubmit. One week after nung nag paid na sa ceac yung status. Kasi kapag ganun ng paid na pwede nyo na isend ganun din sa ds261. But dont worry sis enjoy mo muna yung stay mo dito sa pinas with you family ha.

Ayun sis nasa nvc parin 4months na under f2a kasi ako sis di pa current ang pd ko. Nag retrogressed kasi. Pero may Plan B kami sis. Nag file si hubby ng citizenship nya last May. Para ma upgrade to IR1/CR1 para tuloy tuloy na yung process kasi sis ang bagal ng movement ng f2a. Nakakalungkot kaya sana magkaroon na ng movement.
