Going to the US: I-130 Petition (Spouse/Immediate Relative) Part 4

Sending out our I130 and I485 in a few days.  We have so much forms it's about 3 inches thick..hopefully we won't need to put it in a box.

update on my husband's status:

i already paid the 'affidavit of support fee' then, while in PI my husband's received a letter from USCIS establishing communications... dinala ko n lang yung form para ako magbabalik s USCIS at ako n rin ang nilagay nyang "agent" kasi nag advise din sila n its better to assign an agent n may US mailing address. your agent can be the one being petitioned, the petitioner, a lawyer, an immigration consultant, or a relative.

Hi mga sis.ang best friend ko kasi  is married to a greencard holder (granted march 2011). Ngayon naka petition Siya pero ang company ng husband niya ang nag asikaso.2006 pa sila married and nakapunta na sa US ang girl under h4 before pero umuwi din ng pinas  dahil naiwan anak nila na nag aaral. Ang Tanong niya is under f2a ba Siya or Hindi?may nabasa kasi Siya na iba daw ang category kapag matagal na kasal.Thanks!

sis ang alam ko may ibang category ang bagong kasal, but if matagal n f2a n ang category niya. no problem naman kung naging h4 siya dati as long as hindi siya nagover stay.

sis musta na mas oks yan, ganyan ang ginawa ni hubby sa akin lahat ng letter from NVC sa kanya naka address.....tapos siya na ang nag follow up sa NVC...

kakapasa lang namin ng requirements sa NVC ngayon hinihintay nalang namin for medical and interview..

hello mga sis kumusta na kayo..ask ko lang mayroon ba dito nakapag pasa ng packet (requirements )? ilang araw or months bago dumating appointment letter for medical ?

sis better check with travel.state.gov go to visa bulletin alam ko 15-20yrs eh

just paid hubby's visa processing fee. hay sana this is it na. "waiting mode*

Issuance of the schedule for your interview also relies on the visa bulletin,
I see that your PD is Oct. 2010, as of June 2012 PD, they are currently processing
cases with PD of January 2010, if the VB would keep moving forward by a month or 6 weeks,
then our conservative estimate is that you might get your interview appointment early quarter
of 2013,... As long as its moving forward, sooner or later, you're gonna get you appointment letter,..

Hi mga sis share ko lang.. Kinasal kame ng hubby ko civil ng nov 28.. Then nagfile na kame ng petition... Well kinasal ulit kame church ng april..hehe..anyway... Sya yung agent..para narereceive nya lahat.. In 6 months time nakaalis na. Kagad ako..im in usnow for 2 years na... So mabilis lang sya...
