watching the news, wala naman masyadong kwenta mga goodnews nila. ang pinaka asar na asar ako pagka ipinagmamalaki ng pinoy sa guiness world records yung mga walang katuturang achievements ng  world class pinoy like sthe biggest shoe in marikina, biggest flag the longest human rosary chain and kung ano ano pa.


or yung mga ipinagmamayabang ng ABS CBN at GMA 7 na mga "filipino" athletes/singers/dancers kuno na 1/4 pinoy lang naman at lumaki at nag train sa ibang bansa.


give me roads, give me bridges, dams, 5-star airports, new highways, tanks, ships, jets, company start-ups... eto ang good news na wala pa akong naririnig except nung kapanahunan ni Marcos. (na sinabi saken ng tatay ko dahil hindi ko naabutang buhay si Marcos)

Malacañang on Saturday welcomed the assessment on the Philippine economy by Deutsche Bank AG chief economist for Asia Michael Spencer that the Philippines will be one of the strongest performing economies this year.

Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said Spencer’s optimism “validates” what other analysts had said about the Philippine economy.

“That’s welcome news. It validates what other analysts said about the Philippines,” Valte said on government-run dzRB radio.

She added the government continues to be optimistic for the second quarter, saying the figures for that will be coming out soon.

Earlier, Spencer told Bloomberg in an August 9 interview that the Philippines is the strongest as well as the safest place for funds to be.

He was quoted as saying “the strongest performing economy in Asia today is the Philippines."

The Philippines had recorded 6.4-percent growth in the first three months of 2012. — LBG, GMA News

the hsbc global research reports that our country will be the 16th largest economy in the future, that is something to celebrate. i'm looking forward to that day when we have a very healthy economy that can support providing sufficient social services for our people.

and they get the funding from your taxes and taxes and taxes. so I am not sure this is good news.

wow! dapat i-take advantage ng mga pinoy ang mga libre during election. dyan lang sila makakabawi sa mga taxes nila.

but the people who will go are those are not paying taxes since the ones paying taxes will be busy and cannot afford to spend the time to fall in line and wait in the queue.
