mga sis, i'll be living with a friend this summer sa old sauyo in QC. any yoga studios that are near there? thank you!!!!
^^^ or you could also try dance studios that double up as yoga studios also. Near that place are Barrington and Brewing Point. Google those two for more info as both are within Congressional avenue thus is near to your would-be area. I haven't tried Yoga in any of the 2 studios. Btw, there's Ananda Marga in Sikatuna and check with UP College of Human Kinetics as they offer a host of different courses that includes Yoga and even Pilates.
Hi, has anyone tried Urban Ashram in Kapitolyo, Pasig? What's the feedback? I'm thinking of buying that ensogo deal for Urban Ashram, but I noticed there are only 3 other buyers for that particular promo... Hope one of our sisters here can help me out. Thanks!PS. Never tried yoga before, btw.
I did Bikram Yoga before, in Makati and in Alabang, but I stopped since moving to Manila 5 months ago. I want to try Bikram in Greenhills naman. I already bought a 1-week pass on DealGrocer, but sobrang init ngayon, parang suicide yata ang mag-Bikram yoga. Hopefully I can get back to it, I really enjoy this form of yoga, sarap ng feeling afterwards.
