@babynibok

hi sis! baka nagkikita na tayo sa yogaplus. i've been to 6 classes last month. hope to complete at least 6 ulit this month para di ako maalis sa program namin sa office. i'm loving yoga so far. although, di ko pa magawa yung majority ng poses and i can't get through a hot a class without resting ang going back to child's pose, natutuwa pa rin ako sa kanya. i usually attend the afternoon class or the 6:30 am class. :)

Nakakaliit din ba ng tummy yoga?

Depende sa yoga pose na gagawin mo sis. Search ka sa youtube. May mga poses to strengthen and firm the tummy.

I did Bikram Yoga before, in Makati and in Alabang, but I stopped since moving to Manila 5 months ago. I want to try Bikram in Greenhills naman. I already bought a 1-week pass on DealGrocer, but sobrang init ngayon, parang suicide yata ang mag-Bikram yoga. Hopefully I can get back to it, I really enjoy this form of yoga, sarap ng feeling afterwards.

^^^ or you could also try dance studios that double up as yoga studios also. Near that place are Barrington and Brewing Point. Google those two for more info as both are within Congressional avenue thus is near to your would-be area. I haven't tried Yoga in any of the 2 studios. Btw, there's Ananda Marga in Sikatuna and check with UP College of Human Kinetics as they offer a host of different courses that includes Yoga and even Pilates.

Gosh I still need to overcome my intimidation to try yoga. Sigh.. Can anyone recommend a friendly and easy yoga studio by far, based on your experiences as beginners? I'd be super grateful! =)

Hi, has anyone tried Urban Ashram in Kapitolyo, Pasig? What's the feedback?
I'm thinking of buying that ensogo deal for Urban Ashram, but I noticed there are only 3 other buyers for that particular promo... Hope one of our sisters here can help me out. Thanks!

PS. Never tried yoga before, btw.

Based on the pictures and interviews conducted on ANC. I think its a good place to practice. There are now 7 purchases. Have you purchased? Since the time they opened their studio they have been launching promos here and there so as to compete with other studios around the metro and lure people to come and try practicing yoga(asana). Most of their teachers took their teacher training with pulse yoga (now a smaller studio) and Bliss Yoga (now has 2 studios GH and makati). Some of their teachers are fairly new to the practice. Notice they have a lot of guests coming from different countries teaching at their place. I know some of them and have seen their practice.

^hey, thanks for replying. I checked your FB page out, btw. Very informative. As a matter of fact, because of it, I've decided to not purchase first. I still have to fix my schedule anyhow, and after comparing rates from various websites (again, thanks for your very informative page) I've come to the conclusion that the regular rates are pretty similar to each other. I might as well choose to start practicing somewhere nearer. (I'm from san juan) Hope you can alert us to promos that you hear about. :)
