I think iba iba naman yan e. hmm, let's see:
1) broke up with my boyfriend
2) lived for a few months as if I had no responsibilities
3) bought a lot of stuff
4) changed company
5) changed my hair

For me, the "crisis" stopped after a year. Pero until now meron pa rin paminsan minsan, normal na naman yun I guess. Piece of advice? Take care of yourself during these times. Saka embrace it, wag mo masyado katakutan, you'll become a better person after

Im turning 25 in 2 weeks and eto signs for me:
-after working for 3 years, nagquit ako last january and hanggang ngayon bum.
-nawalan ng gana magwork
-nagtravel ako to dumaguete, siquijor, samar, gensan, bohol
-feeling ko pag nag 25 na ko, eh this is it na..kaya lahat ng katamaran ginagawa ko na.
-my dad is sending me 50k per month, and sadly nauubos ko sya.
-bigla kong nararamdamang tumatanda na ko!

Wala kong tips, pero siguro enjoy the moment lang.

the quarter life crisis usually doesn't really start until you start working. kaya lang sinabing 25 yan kasi most people in the US finish their bachelor's degree at 23-25.

been stuck for 5 years now. been indifferent for about half that time. lol. at some point, you just stop whining. i still complain of course, especially in this economy, in this environment wherein parang laging catch-22. and when i compare myself to my friends and classmates who are now done with their post-grad or are on their way, nadedepress lang ako. so 'di ko na lang iniisip. gandang solusyon eh no. lol.

^ nakakarelate naman ako sis.. ako rin kasi medyo whining and complaining nung mga edad na ganon.. I used to save money only for gimiks and for clothes and shoes I wanna buy.. nakailang call center din ako, na parang walang patutunguhan ang buhay.. madalas napapagalitan ng dad ko kasi, i graduated with honors, pero nagttyaga daw ako sa call center.. sabi ko wala namang masama sa pagwork sa call center.. gusto niya kasi sa malaking kumpanya ako...

until one day my bf proposed to me.. nakakaloka na 15k lang laman ng bank account ko pero nag go pa rin ako.. eventually, narealize i'll ba taking another step in my life and will be taking another responsibility, kaya ayun maaga natapos ang quarter life crisis ko.. 26 ako when I got engaged.. in less than a year, nakaipon kami ng pangkasal namin... :)

I'm 26 now, turning 27. I've been with the same company for more than 3 years already. Nasa supervisory level naman position ko but i'm not happy anymore. Pay is good din. I'm currently pregnant with our 2nd child. Hubby and I are both earning well naman. Why am i not happy? Ito na ba yun? Can't say this is due to pregnancy kasi even before i got pregnant, ganito na yung feeling. Parang may kulang. Parang may hinahanap na di ko naman alam kung ano

i think im experiencing, some of your signs mga sisses. lately im feeling the following:

- wanting to transfer to another work (walang growth sa current company; mapulitika)
- i became satisfied with where i am now. parang wala na ako pakialam sa mga bagay bagay na dati eh super concerns ko. kung ano na lang meron, ok na yun (not so me)
- i want a super break from work. as in magpaka-bum for quite sometime
- madalas mag self- pity

im just thankful na habang naeexperience ko yan, im a member of a catholic group where i can
share my thoughts and feelings so medyo nababawasan...and more than anything else, i pray.

so i'm guessing that i am going through this quarter life crisis thing  ;D glad to know that there are other people here who are experiencing such.
mine is not that extreme naman, andun na yung parang i need to be free from my responsibilities, from work, and etc. gaya ngayon re-trenched kaming lahat dito, parang sobrang tamad na ako pumasok. gusto ko nalang matulog, kumain, matulog, been like this since march pa. hehe parang ang sarap lang mamasyal, tapos naiinis ako pag inuutusan ako. feeling ko din api ako. haha ang drama lang :P

well, kaya natin to. hehe

tingin ko im experiencing it now. parang for a year na ata kasi since last year pa yung ganitong feeling ko especially kapag nirereview ko yung all aspect of life that i have now. Mula sa career, financial and lovelife parang lahat wala ako nun. it really saddens me looking sa mga profile ng kabatchmates ko nung college and HS na yung iba is really stable na in terms of career and kung hindi man parang happy to have a family of their own na. I dont even have a stable relationship, i have a job pero hindi na ito yung bagay na gusto kong gawin, nagsstay ako coz im the breadwinner in the family and need ko magsupport financially sa parents ko. I have plans in regards with my career path but hindi ko sya maprioritize sa ngayon dahil sa financial prob namin. Hays kung minsan nga iniisip ko if im still normal i should be enjoying at this youthful time.  :-[ by the way, in two weeks time i'll be hitting my 28th birthday. I feel so old, alone and sad..  :-[

Oh, oh, oh! I'm 23 at 3 years na ako sa work ko. :)

lahat naman yata dumadaan dito. it's hard to deal with it lalo na kun iisipin mo mabuti. basta pray hard for His guidance.

i went through this rough patch din and it really was a struggle... from what i read about it, this quarter life crisis typically takes place daw around the early thirties, when most people have a few solid years of working na...

kumbaga kasi, this is like the post-honeymoon stage na in our professional lives... tapos na yung excitement of being financially capable and/or independent and we begin to measure ourselves against our childhood/adolescent/post-graduation goals...

... for a long time i questioned whether i took the right path and whether i can expect better things in the coming years... what i learned lang is that it's okay to lose enthusiasm, purpose and even direction minsan... but one must never lose faith... faith in God, if you're religious, and faith in yourself...

nakatulong din yung pakonti-konti i reinvented myself, my world... new hobbies, new routines, new goals and then later on, new job... kaya natin to mga sis  ;)
