We got them for 3 events this year.    Yung two events, good for 30 pax lang order namin but complete with amenities and waitstaff.

Sa sunday pa kasi baby shower ko kaya di pa kita mabibigysn ng feedback...although nabasa ko sa smart parenting thread na okay daw food nila, masarap daw and generous daw servings nila kaya sana naman okay talaga sila. Wanted to try them din kasi now para if okay talaga sila, kukunin ko sila ulit for my baby's christening. Pero verleo first choice ko kasi nung birthday ng 1stborn ko, okay talaga sila. Sarap ng food and genous talaga servings nila pero simple lang yung set-up nila. I ordered food lang for 60 pax pero nagulat din ako na umabot ng mga 80 guests ko non pero andami pa naming nauwi.

Sa lola mamang's pala, i justemailed them and asked for their packages. This is the number din of judy, their ae, 09229456096. Sumasagot sya kahit sunday ko sya tinext.

Has anyone tried Conti's Catering? They don't actually cater but the partner with Silver Table Catering Service.

I definitely like Conti's food but addtl service of around 20k pa (100 pax) for Silver Table.

What do you think?  Are they good?

I finally booked lola mamang's for my baby shower. I found their package so affordable e. I got their package of P145/head for 30pax which will only cost me P4350. I changed lang the viands in the menu and chose baked lasagna, chicken lollipop, lechon kawali, steamed rice, banana mango cream and a round of drinks and then judy suggested na lang that I bring na lang my own extra water, ice and juice for my guests so it would come out cheaper. I'm just really hoping that the food will be good and that nothing will go wrong. This'll be the first time kasi that i'll be able to try out their services so I'm really gonna keep my fingers crossed!

Patulong naman recommend ng caterer na taga Bacoor Cavite or in Cavite naman or even Las Pinas. Yun walang OOT fee pag sa bacoor ang event. Pahingi nadin ako ng email add nila or contact number.. or kahit website ok na.. Yun ok po yun food at set up hindi naman kasi masyado maarte yun requirement ko for the tables kasi baka puro kids tables lang irequire ko sa bahay lang kasi ang event sa me backyard.. Basta yun OK ang food (yummy) at not so expensive.

What was the other caterer pala, if you don't mind me askin. My sister mentioned nga this caterer na nagcater during the wedding of a friend of hers and it was super sarap daw. Di ko nga lang mahanap yung website. Parang arce daw e. Para ifever, madagdagan options din natin for our future events.

sis, angels delight catering services.(cell number: 09267181457, they don't have a website or fb page, sayang) 250/head minimum of 100 pax, plus 10% service charge. pag lunch or dinner yung event sulit yung bayad, pero yung meryenda package nila which is 250/head, feeling ko di sulit,

The food from lola mamang's was so so lang. I got the baked lasagna, chicken lollipops, lechon kawali, steamed rice and banana mango cream. The lasagna was nothing extraordinary, the chicken lollipops were kinda hard, the lechon kawali was okay naman, the steamed rice, di ko masyadong gusto yung quality nung rice na ginamit and the banana mango cream was okay naman.  Syempre i guess you get what you paid for din kaya you can't expect much. As for their service, super okay naman kasi they set-up the venue early and the waiter assigned to us was attentive and moved fast naman. I just noticed though that they don't seem to be very particular with their silverware, glassware and chinaware kasi ang dumi ng mga glasses nila, yung knives nila, siguro since di masyadong nagagamit, may mga marka marka pa ng scotch tape na pwede naman sanang natanggal had they been washed well and may mga chipped off parts na mga plates nila. Buti na lang din talaga at may mga plastic glasses akong dala kaya yun yung mas pinagamit ko dahil nakakakilabot yung mga dumi2 nung mga glasses! Sana they could improve on this kasi basic equipment lang naman mga yon na pinoprovide ng mga caterers e...hayy...

I ordered the following dishes from Passion Cooks for my treat sa office:

Fettuccine Boscaiola - same creamy sauce as the 3 mushrooms pasta, which I prefer though because it is more flavorful; naubos ito so I guess nagustuhan ng officemates ko
Beef kebabs - the meat was tender and juicy; yummy
Fish finger wraps - my favorite among the three; this is my second favorite PC dish after the eggless quiche; my officemates had second servings and my hubby and my mom really liked this

I ordered for 50 pax pero ang generous ng servings, ang dami kong take-home.    Best of all, Maja gave me a small box of chocolate lazy cake which I really appreciated.  

Wala akong naging problem sa transaction with Melissa.  Super easy to deal with her.  Even if food trays lang ang order ko, I got the same amount of attention and same level of service noong nag-party ako.  I really love this catering company.

Oh, and PC issues a valid official receipt.   I did not even have to ask.  Nakapasok na sa quoted price ang VAT.

hi sis, im a big fan of conti's, sila talaga caterer ko eversince they started. ok naman sila. super sarap ng food. silver table is their service provider.
but now, since naging close ko [textspeak!] owner ng silver table im trying their food din. a lot cheaper than conti's. my party is on sunday na. il update u kung ok. sa food tasting kasi ok naman. di ko lang alam sa actual wish me luck

ay nako! dapat talaga! i didn't expect them kasi to be like that kaya i didn't include that na in my list of specific requests. also, tell the waiter din assigned to you that even if you will have your own drinks, ask him to still serve the iced tea to the guests kasi syempre kasama yon sa binayaran mo. that was what happened to me e, di na naiserve yung one round of drinks sa mga guests, e syempre di na rin naman nila ipauuwi yon not unless may container ka rin for that. bring your own tupperware din for the leftovers kasi mga maliliit lang na plastic bags ang meron nila. pero tell judy talaga na yung mga maaayos at malilinis nilang silverware at glassware naman nila ang ipadala nila para di naman gusgusin itsura nung utensils. by the way, wag ka na pala magexpect din sa glassware nila kasi yung mga glasses nga nila e yung parang nasa mga canteen at sa mga drinking stations ng food court ng mga malls na walang ka-class class talaga yung itsura. don't forget din to bring your own extra plates, glasses and utensils ifever kasi pag naubusan ka ng plates e di naman huhugasan ng waiter mo yon just so your new guests could eat.

marose, how per head is PC's merienda cena? Was thinking of Sweet Inspirations but our venue is in The Fort. Parang ang layo from their main store.

^ Ally, si leletmd had a party in Makati where Sweet Inspirations is the caterer.  For Sweet Inspirations, the Php350/head merienda cena menu I got last June consists of the following:

Mini club sandwich triangles
Beef lasagna
Grilled boneless chicken
Fish fillet with tartar sauce
Dessert - espresso brownies, yema balls, butterscotch bars and lemon squares
Unlimited iced tea for adults/orange juice for kids

PC has no merienda cena menu, but it has a cocktail buffet menu.  But, mahal din the cocktail buffet menu so better to get the lunch/dinner menu then customize mo na lang para maging merienda cena ang effect, like take away the soup or salad course or reduce the number of main courses.  But I think PC cannot match the Php350/head of Sweet Inspirations.
