as a general rule (according to my OB and a friend who's a nurse) cosmetics are safe to use unless they have tretinoin, hydroquinone, retinol or salicylic acid.

whitening soap din gamit ko, di nga lang likas papaya. tinanong ko sa OB ko nun, kung organic naman daw eh pwede gamitin. basta wala lang yung harsh chemicals na dapat natin iwasan like retinol or tretinoin. pero better kung tanong mo din sa OB mo sis..

^^ gamit ko mediherbs scrub & white (P52) or cyleina strawberry soap (P65). got both from watson's. effective naman on my arms and legs. pero yung parts na nangitim because of pregnancy like the neck, wala masyado effect. lately lang kusa din naman nabawasan yung pangingitim.

as of the moment, i am using cocoa butter melt and olive beauty (ng bynaturehandmadesoaps), plus kojic soap, milk soap. basta alternate lang sila. gumagamit din ako ng lotion and tummy butter para makaiwas sa stretchmarks hopefully. may regimen din ako sa face at hindi rin nawawala ang sunblock for face and body.

sis wala pa ako OB, kasi Im OOC for 4 weeks now... 2 weeks pa bago ako makauwi.
and i just found out na preggy ako.. siguro stop muna ako sa paggamit para sure.

bumili ako ng st. ives creamy vanilla body wash at saka ng dove gentle exfoliating body wash. ngayon hindi ko alam kung ano ang gagamitin ko. nilagay ko parehas sa banyo! bahala na! hahahaha!

Hi my derma recommended sansacne erythromycin 4percent for pimples safe for pregnancy, also erythro toner. She also gave me her concoction for slight peeling eg( undrarms etc). Thankfully i have clear skin during this pregnancy my mom said it could be from my ivig injection( a medication for my immuno problem). For face wash im not really pihikan as long as theres no harsh ingredients included, i also used dior snow sunblock but it's quite oily o my skin since it also doubles as a moisturizer, thats why i only used it when i really have to have a safe and blooming pregnancy everyone!

Bawal ba Ms.Graceria07? I'm also using Olay Regenerist Line together with Olay Total Effects for Moisturizer. Nasabi ko naman sa OB pero sabi niya it's okay. I saw in another post that we should stay away from Retinol... I'm not sure however if Olay Regenerist has retinol.

ako mostly gamit ko lang johnson baby lotion [textspeak!] mild lang.
I used likas papaya for my face and body, cetaphil, st ives apricot for expoliate
saka sunblock, moisturizer....

saka like ko lagi ako liligo hehe..pos maglalagay ako johnson baby lotion young pink:)

not sure pa sis... ill let you know once maconfirm ko. pero for now... gusto ko muna maging safe.. im using cetaphil for day and night moisture.

I dont like palmers din kasi over ang amoy
Im just using vaseline ngayon
