I found out this week that I'm pregnant. =)

Ni-stop ko muna yun VMV Superksin toner ko kasi may Retinoic acid sya. Pati yun Olay TE ko, pinalitan ko ng Celetque w/spf15. Tinigilan ko din yun BB Cream ko. Pero gamit ko pa din yun iba ko makeup like MAC, MaryKay, elianto, faceshop etc... basta wala sya retinol or Vit.A derivative. I used to use Ponds Black as facial wash pero nag-dove na lang ako now.

Pqede ba panoxyl sa atin? dami ko pimples ngayon sa forehead..
Yung iba nga parang di pimples kasi walang mata

oonga. wala bang steroid ang panoxyl? wag na lang yun. the pregnancy acne will go  away din sis. blame the hormones and stress sa body mo, but relax na lang muna. tapos gentle facial wash lang, ok na.

also, DONT PRICK PINCH OR POP your zits! learn from my mistake. super prone sa discoloration ang preggies. so dark spots wont go away so easily for most of us.

ako super dami talaga, pati sa may arms ko meron na rin, wait ko na lang makapanganak then saka ko treat yung pimple at scar, after a mon din naman kasi mag pills ako ulit, hiyang ako sa pills ko talagang nawawala yung pimples ko dun.

prone ba ang mga buntis sa facial warts? parang bumabalik yung mga facial warts ko. meron bang safe na anti-warts for preggies? di ko kasi magamit yung nabibili ko from RCC amazing touch.

^sis warts na tipong parang zits na maliliit? oo daw because sa hormones. pati sa back at chest. i remember nung first trimester ko, in between my breasts, parang may nafifeel akong very tiny bumps tapos akala ko magdedevelop into warts ot zits. pero hindi naman. nawala. buti na lang hehe. but if you had chest or back acne before, baka bumalik during pregnancy. pero saken sis 2nd trimester nawala. pati pimples ko, natutuwa naman ako kasi nagclear up face ko. but lagi ako nagmomoisturize kasi pag hindi, pumapangit mukha ko.

ALSO PALA! ewan ko if it helped ha. kasi nung 2nd trimester ko din, is tarted drinking 1,5-2liters of water daily. (mainly because of constipation). medyo madami di ba. bukod pa yung 2 glasses ng anmum ko dyan. tapos around that time din nagclear up face ko. i checked online, tapos meron naman articles on how water helps with the pregnancy breakouts. hormones kasi talaga yung cause nung preggy acne, yung water parang somehow helps the imbalance or surge ng hormones that affect yung skin condition naten.

saka keeping hydrated means less dry skin, meaning another plus side on fighting against stretchies

^yung parang maliliit na butlig pero maitim, parang nunal. meron ako nito dati sa face at neck but pinatanggal ko 4 years ago. pero ngayon may nakikita na naman ako. dahil pala sa hormones.

medyo clear na din mga pimples ko. siguro kasi 2nd tri na din ako try kong uminom ng mas madami pang tubig. salamat sis

Parang gusto ko gumamit ng ponds ngayon, yung white beauty, matte kasi cream nila. Hindi ko keri lagkit ng sunflower oil sa mukha.
Natuyo na yung sandamalmal na pimples ko na malaki. Wala naman ako ginawa

Pero yung mga marks. Ang iitim kaya gusto ko magponds. Di tayo pwede olay total effects ngayon eh. Yun pa naman madali makapagfade mg ibang marks ko dati

^may retinol ata ang olay after effects. retinol is a form of vitamin a na bawal sa mga buntis.

i use st ives daily microdermabrasion. fine at gentle naman yung beads at napansin ko naglighten kahit papano yung mga dark marks ko from my pimple breakout nung 1st trimester. nakakatanggal din ng small bumps. i use it every other day.

^sis di ko alam. nung naubusan kasi ako ng ilog maria soap, nagtitingin ako sa mga ginagamit ng nanay ko. sinubukan ko lang yung st ives daily microdermabrasion at nagustuhan ko effect sa skin ko. kaya tinuloy-tuloy ko na gamit. di naman totally nakaka-fade ng dark marks, pero kahit papano naglighten kasi it exfoliates the skin.
