same question kung need pa ba ng separate primer for under eye? I always find my under eye concealer gone around half day of work.

Have just tried Elizavecca Skin Liar Primer and I loved it! Super cheap pa sa Althea (280php lang yung 30ml tube)

Ako naman cloud 9 cream fave ko and the banila co white wedding dream cream.. I have oily skin but these prolong my makeup and make me glowy without looking like an oil mine

gamit ko now Nyx Angel Veil primer, namamahalan ako for a drugstore brand but Kathleen Lights made me buy it haha. May pagkadry skin din kasi ako like her.
Hinde ako masyado satisfied dito sa Nyx.
Next kong ittry yung Elf Hydrating Primer, way cheaper and good reviews as well.
For highend, I still have the Porefessional but bihira ko na gamitin nowadays. Can't decide pa ano next kong bibilhin. Dapat yung Too Faced (dahil na naman kay Kathleen) but other reviews, not so good.

eyeprimer - wala, kung ano sa face, yun na lang din muna since up to now hinde pa rin ako marunong sa eyemakeup, experiment stage pa din sa paglalagay ng eyeshadows. wala naman akong problem pagdating sa eyeliner. Once satisfied na ako sa eyeshadow ko, then I'll buy a good eyeprimer  .

Finally found my HG primer! J One Jelly Pack! It does what I need it to, keeps my makeup in place.

I've tried other primers and the one with dimethicone always pill up on my skin. Others without dimethicone can't control my oil.

J One Jelly Pack has been the only one so far that can keep my makeup in place!

I sometimes feel primers don't work for me. Parang wala naman significant effect. I have tried laura mercier primers and they're ALL meh. Benefit porefessional crumbles on me. Nurturing force works so well for my clients but i dunno bakit saken walang effect sa longevity or quality ng makeup. So far shiseido primers are average and i like them because of the added skin benefits but as primer alone, less than my expectations. I have ventured to skindinavia primers but these are just rip-offs. Ayaw ko naman mag-hourglass or any luxury brand sakit sa bulsa.

I have swatched smashbox but i find them expensive for a tiny tube. Okay ba sya?  Mac fix plus works wonders on me. So i'm thinking the prep + prime line might be good too. Any input on these two mga sis?

baby_chichay: What is it that you want to achieve from your primer? Some are for filling pores and other imperfections, others for color correction, others oil control, etc. For me I really needed one to would make my makeup stick in place and not budge for 10+ hours.

^just like you sis. Budge-free? lol. Basta will hold my makeup in place with little to no retouch. One that will not hulas the foundation when i'm sweaty. Oil-control will be a bonus but it's not really my concern.

smashbox is mehh for me. didn't do much like the porefessional. Maganda lang kapag bagong lagay but i found that sooner or later they make the makeup more transferrable or makes it more short- spanned (lol) on my face. i observed that sa mga siliconey primers i have tried..siguro rin  dahil oily ako..

Any thoughts on innisfree no sebum blur primer?
Also, any good primer you guys might recommend for oily and clogged prone skin.
I used a prime once from bareminerals but i got scared when i got some bumps from it. So iniwasan ko na talaga,  after sunblock diretso na powder foundation. But lately after stalking reddit and GT, i've realized that i might need some primer to keep my foundie in place and to control my oiliness too.

MY HG primers:

For the eyes: Nars Smudge-Proof. I tried Urban Decay and Mac paintpots and nagcrecrease ang eye make up ko sa kanila pero sa Nars, never. Downside, mahal siya.

For the face: Make Up For Ever Step 1 (yung black na mattifying). Talagang hindi humuhulas ang make up ko dito kahit mainit pa. Hindi din ako nag break out. Saka bet ko ito kasi mabango din siya. Downside, mahal din.
