May ganun na kasi ako at brand new pa kaya siguro ayaw ni God na mapunta sa akin!  hay tama na ito kung pwede ayusin na po please... Or deadmahin nalang.  Wag dahil sa make ups eh magkakaroon ng kaaway. Level up tayo! 

But please also try to look at the situation rationally, it's a different story if you didn't reserved the item to buyer1 or didn't respond to her at all.  But from the way I understand the story, you already reserved it to her then suddenly revoked it then sold it to another buyer, I don't know nga lang if you two were able to communicate before you sold the lipstick to another buyer, so IMHO, I hope you would also realized where the frustration of buyer1 is coming from.  May mali kasi dun sa nangyari eh, you're prerogative to sell is already beside the point.  As we all know GT MAC addicts were all looking for this shade, so if you would just look at it from the buyer's point of view, how would you feel?  If another seller would give you the same treatment, what would you do?

But at the end of the day, it's still just a tube of lipstick and both sides have already said their piece and no personal infos were disclosed.  So please let us all just let it go.  Coz' the entire situation is starting to sound ludicrous.

When I read the bogus buyers albums, I saw her name pop-up 2x or maybe thrice there.. it terms of the words na ginagamit mo sis ay hindi na din talaga maganda.. although naayos na, pero nakipagtalo ka muna before resolving it.. sorry to say parang puro palusot ang nabasa ko.. kung ako din talaga makikipagtransact sayo, medyo alert nadin ako.. nakakatakot pag di ka na-please, ibobogus mo agad ang seller..

so sana please do understand din.. Madalas talaga mahirap baguhin ang first impressions..

mali din naman si sis Dinna pero to result calling her names.. im sorry mali naman yun, tao tayo nagkakamali din.. kung mali man nagawa sayo ng seller, pwede naman tayo keep quiet nalang.. or pwede mo ipost dito pero wag mo nalang pangalanan to be fair nalang din, ayaw mo din naman napupunta ang pangalan mo dito sa mga bogus diba.. so sana ilagay mo ang shoes mo sa shoes ng iba.

She sent a pm at about 3:30 am on GT reserving the item. I understand that she was probably hesitant to text kasi madaling araw. That was it. She reserved the item without saying when she would pay. She did not say to hold the item up to what day or time. Basta reserve Lang.

By 11, I already answered telling her the item is hers.

By 5:30, she had yet to follow up on her reservation. No message via gt or cellphone. So I assumed wala na. Yun na yun. I gave the item to the person next in line. Normally, when you reserve an item here, you commit on when to pay. Sometimes, the girls who buy from me make me wait one or two days but they inform me about it. Nasa usapan na lang yan, I also do that lalo na pag di pa payday, parang promissory note muna. If the buyer already knows you, okay naman yun.

Pero hindi puwede na from the time you reserved up to several hours later, no word or advise from you. Mahirap lang ako eh and I need the money. All the three buyers gave me a time when they would pay when they reserved. She was the only one that did not. Then I received several warnings about her. Basahin ko daw bogus buyers thread. Binasa ko naman at naisip ko, wag na lang. Baka gawin din sa kin ako pa awayin niyo. Well, inaway nga ako pero at least di ako natalo in terms of money. My mistake? Not checking up on her before agreeing. Tiwala ako kasi lagi naman siya nagpo post. Malay ko ba?now, I am the one labeled a bogus buyer and she is my victim. Hopefully those who know me personally here will believe my story.

Yes, this story is ridiculous. I don't even know what she wants anymore. As I said, the lipstick is on the way to the buyer. I can't give it to her anymore and I won't even if it is here with me. I have sold and purchased many items here and some of the girls became friends. Ngayon lang ako nagkaroon ng kaaway at natawag oa na swindler. I am known for being able to secure coveted MAC items because may kilala ako sa 2 stores but I never overprice the stuff that I sell. Oh and it happened na din that an item I reserved by given to another customer by Carlos of MAC Shang, but I didn't get mad. That's the way it is.

My whole point for her to stop calling me swindler, etc. I am just clearing my name. I work jn a high profile company and I might get fired if I am not able to prove that I did not run off with her money. Oh FYI, you cannot threaten me by telling my employers. I already told them what happened.

This is the last time I will butt in and let me just be clear na pareho kong di kilala si buyer at si seller.

First of all, asongforyou, with your post regarding the chain of events, kita na agad saan nagkaproblema.  Dapat nung nagrespond ka sa reservation request ni chirochan nilinaw mo na agad na you need the money so you would enforce the "1st to pay gets the item" rule.  Dun pa lang solve na problema mo, di na humaba usapan niyo.  Never have I encountered a seller here in GT (and I've been a member a long time) that dictates or ask for a specific time of payment, parang ang hirap naman nun.  IMO, since you have already acknowledged her request for reservation dapat dineretso mo na yung usapan.

I'll be honest, medyo may pagka-unethical kasi yun and di rin natin pwedeng icompare yun sa MAC counters kasi yun store talaga, open sa public. 

As for calin22, just because may former complain yung tao, it doesn't automatically mean that lagi na siyang ganun.  I mean di bale sana kung certified at proven na scammer siya, yun dapat talaga magingat tayo.  Pero di nga ganun yung nangyari.

Para madaling maintindihan, ilagay niyo na lang mga sarili niyo sa lugar ni buyer, di rin kya kayo madismaya sa mga pangyayari.

As for chirochan, if ever na totoong nakapagbitaw ka ng threats, huwag naman.  Kasi, although nakakainis yung nangyari, let it go.  Not worth the stress or ruining your reputation over a lipstick kahit pa LE yan.  Kung di naman totoo, mas lalong let it go kasi kung saan saan na napupunta ang usapan.

Rant lang dun sa isang bagong seller dito sa GT with a Multiply store, i paid an item of her last Friday before lunchtime na pinareserved ko ng day before. Ang sabi nya, isiship nya ng same day pag binayaran ko agad.
 Dahil responsible buyer naman ako, pay agad ako kahit medyo nag babago na isip ko sa item kasi kahiyaan na. Narealized ko kasi na i have better items than her. Then nung nadeposit ko na, ni walang ni ha or ni ho kunh ano na nangyari.
 Texted her twice yesterday kung ano tracking number kasi Air 21 daw. Susme, ngayong umaga lang nagtext at ang dahilan ay wala raw palang shipping pag Sunday.
Hay,susme na naman, kasi seller din ako dito sa GT at nakaka-pag send ako ng items kahit Sunday para mareceived ng buyer pag Monday.
Sana lang wag sinungaling at wag syang nagsisinungaling sa akin kasi mali ang pinag sunangalingan nya dahil ang tagal ko na ring seller. Twice na kasi syang nagsinungaling kaya umiinit ang ulo ko sa kanya.
Sana lang din kung di nya agad naship eh iinform nya yung buyet kasi yung buyer ay tumupad naman sa usapan.
