hang out with your friends. they will do everything to comfort and cheer you up. that's what i did. well it really help at first mahirap but in time things will be better

Well sis, time heals all wounds they say. I've been into the same situation. Yun na nga eh, bukod sa emotional torment na idinudulot sa atin ng break ups, may financial sabit pa yang mga yan. My ex even stole my jewelry at di na talaga inamin na kinuha nya but I decided di ko na pinursue ang material things na mga kinuha nya kasi nga may kasabihan tayo, kung ano ang itinanim ito rin ang aanihin. So wait lang tayo ok.

your pain will heal in time. trust me. keep yourself busy!

retail therapy kung kaya, shoes, bags masaya na din yan kahit pano

Cry and cry until you cant cry anymore. --dadaan ka talaga ka ganyan e. Dont deprive yourself of the 'grieving' period. Natural lang yon. Then after that, go back to the reasons why you broke up with him. Ask yourself, do i really want to reconcile with him? - Do i really want to continue the relationship inspite and despite of everything?

Keep yourself busy. Try out new things. Get a new hobby. --Ako nagenroll ako sa gym. Hahaha. Before, ni ayaw ko pawisan! -- Ngayon i spend so much time at the gym. Kasi doon hindi ko siya naiisip, busy ako sa pagpapasexy

Meet new friends, get in touch with old aquaintances.

Kaya mo yan sis. Sa umpisa lang yan sobrang sakit, although i cant promise you that the pain would go away, at least in time, it will lessen...And unti unti, you will have your life back.

And most importantly, dont forget to pray. Ask for guidance, forgiveness and strength to move on.

Ang lagi ko dinadasal sa Kanya, although i dont know His plans for me, i know that He only wants whats best for me. Thy will be done.

i cried. thought about it paulit ulit hanggang sa magsawa ako. made realizations ng mga di ko na uulitin in the next relationship. mall, mall, mall. laging 3rd wheel sa date ng friends hehe) took violin lessons, nagpaganda. went out with other guys just to gain new friends. made myself happy by myself. nagandahan ako sa "god on a harley"

and i'm very much happily married now. while my ex is not. hehe.

bumili talaga ako ng Tagalog pocketbooks kahit medyo kacheapan yun. I intend to do so to waste my time reading on love stories and somehow kinilig at natuwa din naman ako. Pero, ironic kasi the plot of the stories are somehow related to my previous love life stories. Binanggit pa dun ang name ni ex... Hay, kailan ba ako tantanan ng memories niya. Somehow i feel good this day.

one thing i've learned after my break up with my ex is kung hindi ka na masaya sa partner mo sa mga pinaggagawa nya sayo iwasan mo na hiwalayan mo...kahit na alam mo na mahal mo pa siya,its true na sa una masakit mahirap mag move on kasi kahit pano naging part na sya ng buhay mo pero kung iisipin mo naman ang mga bagay na mas madami pang sakit ang nararamdaman mo ng kayo pa better to stop ur relationship with her/him wag kang magpaka martir madami pang deserving dyan na darating pa sa buhay natin at hindi yun hinahanap kusang darating na lang yun...kaya ka nga nagmahal dahil gusto mong lumigaya hindi puro sakit lang ang ibibigay nya at mararamdaman mo...everyone is deserve to be happy

isipin mo, ang ganda-ganda mo.. the best! it worked for me.. akin ang huling halakhak.. hahaha!

@ sweety-- same here!!! nakipagbreak din ako kase hindi na ko happy sa sitwasyon namin, sa ugali niya -- pero he's not babaero naman!
until now love ko pa din naman siya... it just that ayoko na ng headache! gusto ko magka BF u n g na-eenjoy ko din...
di lang siya a n g nageenjoy! hehe....

BT. ang ginagawa ko now iniisip ko yung mga maling nagawa nya at sakit na naramdaman ko sa kanya hindi ko iniisip yung happy memory namin kasi the more na iniisip mo yun mahirap mag move on and syempre meet some other people at magpaganda pag lalo mo lang iniisip lalo ka lang madi depressed nakakapangit kaya yun hindi yung magpapakamukmok kana lang sa sulok ano sya swerte
