To the 'graduates' of this diet, how were you able to maintain your ideal weight?

Achengtarush, how are you now? Still haven't gained a pound? How do you manage eat outs now that you're done with the refeed?

Doing very well so far. Gained 1.4 kgs during Christmas weekend but lost 1.2 kgs as of this morning.  Once you get to maintenance you will know what to do.

Guys, this is really a lifestyle change, the center is honest enough in orienting us that we have to change our lifestyle right from the start.  Hindi naman nila sinekreto.  If you're not ready to change your lifestyle wag na kayo mag try, sayang lang pagod, time at money.  You should submit yourself into the program without hesitation and doubts for it to be effective.  That's why i told you it's really hard kasi ang kalaban mo dito sarili mo, it's all in the mind.
@acheng, congrats! you're maintaining well... I'm so happy for you... Sana ako din. I'll be starting my refeed on january, nag cheat ako nung noche buena eh so i think it's better to clear my system first before doing the refeed.  Do you happen to know if how long should i be d-free for me to start my refeed?

^amberstar 2 weeks ata but ask your consultant to be sure.  nakalimutan ko na e :P.  but I should emphasize VERY IMPORTANT ang refeed! If you occassionally deviated during the diet phase e sa refeed,  huwag! Ako I lost 1 kg after refeed.  Goodluck!

I have friends who are enrolled in this and some of them have backed out, like they weren't able to finish. My observation is, parang the same lang ang food intake which is a 100g na meat + 100g din na veg etc. . May difference lang ng mga 10 - 20 grams.

To those who are enrolled is it true?

Very curious kasi i want to enroll after my vacation in January. I want to try it first sana even if not very specific on the kinds of food.

TIA

Thanks acheng,  I'm planning to be d-free ng 14days nga muna before i start refeed.  I would definitely be d-free sa refeed as i heard it's really important.  I'm not planning to reach my lower weight range, ok na ako sa hi end range...  I could already see my ribs poking out na eh.  Thanks for the tips sa refeed... It's really nice to hear that you're maintaining well, it only proves na realistic naman yung maintenance plan natin.

Aside from the recipe books they will be giving, where else can I find Cohen friendly recipes on-line? To add variety to the dishes I will be preparing.

@lenieliam, well what's done is done, just get back to the program.  Ako I didn't cheat talaga from 1st-4th month, so 5th month ako nagkaprob kasi i went to china for 7days, nagbaon naman ako kaso napanis yung food, i ref inside our hotel room is not a real ref pala, parang chiller lang siya for drinks kaya siguro it wasn't cold enough for my cooked food.  Pero it would really be best pag straight sana na hindi ako nag cheat, siguro kaya din ako inabot ng 5-6mos.  Ang sabi nila one cheat would take you back 1week in terms of weight loss.

Anyway good luck ha...  ;)

Pano kaya? any suggestions?

Hi gt76! I'm from Dubai also and kakaregister ko lang online for the Cohen Diet. I'm waiting for the referral so I could do the blood test na. If you don't mind me asking, did you proceed with your diet? I don't know anyone from here who is on the program kasi... :)
