Pano kaya? any suggestions?

im back achengtarush!!!!!

in 6 weeks on cohen's diet i found out that im pregnant  and able to lose almost 6kg. My doctor ask me to stop the diet and so i did but i got early pregnancy failure after 9 weeks, the baby stop at 7 weeks and i gained back all the weight that i lose. all of a sudden my world stop revolving and need to pick up all the pieces. We have prayed so hard for this baby. But one of my friend said, everything happens for a positive reason maybe if it continue the baby will not be normal. So I went back to manila to have d&c last september but wasnt able to communicate with cohenites coz our place (calumpit) has been flooded by pedring all my stay for almost 3 weeks was with flood,,,,

anyway Im back on CD my consultant said that after 2 weeks prior to my D&C i can go back on my diet, but i need to pay online since my program has been expired... wish me luck again for this journey...

awww sweeykoi, I'm sorry things didn't work out as you hoped. But believe that God has a better plan for you.

So are you still in Manila? If you are, join the Cohen affair on Thursday.  I will be there and hopefully we can meet.

ang mahal naman,talagang 55k? :(

It's worth every cent, as long as you make the commitment to stick to the program. Isipin mo na lang na you are investing on yourself and that's the best investment you can make.  :)

puede ba daw uminom ng Carb Trim Iced Tea Mix kung sakaling nakakain ng bawal na carbo ang nagco-cohen diet? Hindi ko alam ang ingredients eh so I can't answer pero they said na carb blocker ito and it blocks 66% of the carbs consumed or something.

i've decided to not go on cohen nalang. though i saved up for it na. i realized that i may not be able to keep up with the lifestyle. though i personally cook my food naman, i don't think kakayanin ko sumunod strictly sa plan. i'm gonna go old school with diet and exercise. more on the exercise since i'm into boxing naman. i'll just increase my training frequency. i'll buy a new phone nalang with the money i've saved up. lol!

to all of those on the program and are considering getting into the program. good luck! :D

^Better to give their clinic a call na lang so they can give you a list for the test.   :)

I saw juday last week sa grocery, mukhang payat na siya. She lost na daw 40lbs sabi niya sa tv. Anyway, is this recommended for diabetics? Do they make a mealplan for u? Ang hirap kasi with a dietitian, may list of foods not to eat pero yung suggested foodmto eat per meal, ikaw ang bahala. Yun [textspeak!] ang mahirap. From grocery, to preparation/cooking, to thinking of what to cook... Yan ang mahirap. I want to know more info from u girls, bcos 55k din to, hehe. Konti nalang pang lipo na. LOL

I was wondering if we have before and after pics, kahit blurred na yung faces. Hehe

Ako i need 15lbs to go pa. Matatamad lang ako, i was on a caloric diet from my dietitian, which worked naman pero after a while nakakasawa.

hi quian,  you're right, the price for CD is quite prohibitive, but the results are amazing.  And it's not just superficial, na mukhang payat, etc.   You become healthier too. I was pre-hypertension before i started CD, now nag-normal na.

With lipo and other cosmetic procedures, even if all the fat has been removed, your chances of developing heart disease, etc. etc remain unchanged.  I have nothing against lipo, i feel that if you really just want spot reduction, spot reduction and nothing else, then lipo is for you.  But if you want to change the entire "you", as in the way you eat, your relationship with food (ex. treating food as fuel for the body), then cohen is the way to go.

of course, CD is not for everyone.  if you feel that you can not eliminate a food group from your diet, example milk, then CD won't work for you, kasi nga bawal ang milk sa CD.  and most importantly, it's all in the discipline.  there's a lot of mental preparation needed before i finally signed up with them.

hope that helps  :)  attend the free seminar, it's really enlightening.
