sa nabasa ko lifestyle change talaga to.  at saka important yung re-feed. kasi dun mo malalaman kung ano ang grabe makatabang food sa yo.  pero kung susundin mo yung guidelines the diet is yours for life as long as you don't gain more than 10 lbs or have a baby. kasi after more than 10 lbs and having a baby naiiba na naman ang hormonal balance mo kaya kelangan bagong diet na naman.

for me, aside from losing weight, sana pati skin allergies ko mawala na din.

the program really works. i've been on it for about 3 months now - i've lost 55lbs -- and that's including about a week's worth of 'deviation' days. Yikes. Aside from weight loss, you'll reap other benefits - clearer skin, better sleep, etc.

I agree, prep time really is the one of the harder things about this diet but it's effective so after awhile, measuring won't be such a big deal.

ay naku! nandaya ako ngayon. hindi ko kinain dinner ko. i had half embutido and 2 ensaymadas. ang sarap kasi eh!!

a bit, but not as bad as i thought it would be, considering i have a lot to lose. accdg to the consultant, saggy skin will return to normal after a while (varies per individual) - that's why it's important to drink the recommended multivitamins and amount of water. i have to lose a LOT of weight so it's okay with me... better saggy skin than obese.

I'm getting my diet at 1 p.m. today.  I will read it na from cover to cover and start buying the things I need.

sa mga naka-try na nito diet, bakit naman ang mahal at 55K? can somebody please share what really is this diet or what consists this 55K? tsaka for how long itong diet? bakit may mga supplements?

^i think kaya siya naging mahal kasi they will monitor your weight loss. may month na kailangan mo mag submit ng blood tests sa kanila.

@m_lim -- yea nagcheat din but not because i wanted to. i had to go on a few trips, hard to prepare food.

@achengtarush -- yup, manila good luck, just trust the process! if you need extra help/support, try joining newyouforum.com. lots of good, insightful info and tips.

oh and aside from the 55k, you also have to go for regular blood tests. but the nice thing about it is that if ever u gain weight again, you can go back to the eating plan and it'll still work. if you don't have a lot to lose (<15-20lbs), it really comes off as expensive. but if you're obese, it's truly worth it. yun nga lang, it requires a lot of discipline. kung creative ka naman with your meals, okay rin cos you can use herbs and spices to flavor your dishes. another reason why i was drawn to this is cos it doesn't require exercise - in fact they tell you that if you didn't exercise before doing the diet, then don't start...

^ basta P55 k ang amount.  maybe you can try to attend their info session.  look for cohen lifestyle philippines.  i think 3x a week ang info session nila and it's free.

it's really personalized kaya wala din kayong masyadong makikitang diet samples. saka it is dangerous to share diets kasi it might do you harm kasi based sa personal blood test yung diet.  same food pero may differences sa combination and weight.

HaleyJames, hindi sila magpprovide ng food. ikaw bibili ng ingredients, ikaw magpprepare.

bibigyan ka lang nila ng list ng food na pwede mong kainin. with measurements of course.

then every now and then kailangan mong mag submit ng blood test for them to track your progress. yun ang kasama sa 55thou.

@m_lim i'm 22, 5'1, starting weight: 122kg. first month, lost 9.5kg

and at 55k, you get a manual with instructions - that's basically it but it's just so worth it. and yea, best to attend the info session. or try researching about it online

bumblevee, I am already making a weeklong menu before I start. ang hirap pala mag-isip.  yung lunch and dinner maraming choices, pero yung breakfast parang mahirap kasi di ako kumakain ng yogurt.
