If you are in your 30's to keep your relationship going for 2-3 years is enough, and should end-up either in marriage or break-up, beyond that is just too much of a waste of our reproductive years with guys who aren't serious with our time. If you met in college or high school, ok Lang tumagal pa kayo ng 5-10 years, pero Sana after that get married na, sayang Kasi na Hindi nag move forward ang relationship into something more permanent.I think yung first 2-3 years are usually happy, romantic years, after that eh challenging na to keep the romance alive, you really have to work on it na, or meet someone new na.It's a combination of science (chemicals in our brain) and relationship skills.Dapat for every argument na daanan Meron na-re-resolve, else forget it. Too much effort and time to repair, rebuild, restore, everything will just recycle every few months or years.
