actually alam ko naman ang starting talaga ng [textspeak!] dito sa amin sa office. they say na 60k daw yung binabayad ng client per [textspeak!] staff. yun nga lang super konti lang ang napupunta sa amin, yung malaking percentage napupunta sa bulsa ng nasa taas.

even my friend (same office kami), programmer naman sya, more than 75k pala ang binabayad ng client sa kanya pero more than 15k lang ang natatanggap niya.

di naman kami makapagreklamo dahil may memo, bawal pagsabi ang mga sweldo. maku-question lang kami pano namin nalaman kung magkano talaga binabayad ng clients e confidential yun.

Sino po may alam ng salary range ng mga Software Quality Assurance Engineers?

ganun po kasi ang work ko but my salary is just 17.7k (except allowance) and i've been on this industry for 2 years and 1 month na., nabababaan po kasi ako sa sweldo ko eh.

17.7k basic pay as a team lead with 2yrs experience?
from what i know, some it company/department offers 20k for associate positions or freshgrads. kung 2yrs ka na i'd say you should be getting 20-25k basic a month. kaya lang sabi mo you have allowances, baka naman malaki yung allowance mo at dun bumabawi si company. question is, magkano yung basic mo nung nagstart ka sa company mo?
another question, team lead ka or test lead? there's a big difference there. Team leads from what i know eh hindi bababa as 70k ang basic. for test lead, 50-70 siguro yung range. BUT yun yung mga leads na may mga 5yrs and above experience. if you're asking kung underpaid ka, YES you are. pero huwag ka muna mag resign  give it another year, then resign ka and ask for atleast 60% increase sa next company mo. A friend is applying for an analyst position in a BPO. Performance or Financial Analyst position ata. Nasa magkano kaya range nun? She's asking me, but I have no idea.

^it depends sa experience, results sa exam and interview, and previous salary, i think. i was a reporting analyst in a BPO and usual range is 20k-25k for the basic + allowances.

yes i know i am underpaid, starting namin dito noon 12.5k lang. sa ibang companies malapit sa office namin mas mataas, to think na associate palang, 20k ang offer nila tapos tataas pa pag nagregular ka, the only problem is banned kami sa kanila kasi sister companies sila kung saan ako nagwo-work.

i even asked 33% nung nagtwo years ako pero ayun, asa pa ko! gusto ko na talagang umalis, mahirap lang makahanap ng pwede ka at ok ang work.

Salary Range for Software Quality Assurance Engineers somewhere in between 56,000 to 85,000 depending on Seniority Levels. 17.17K ( excluding Allowance) is way too low.

Salary for Team Lead depende din sa Seniority Level- mas matagal ka sa serbisyo mas mataas ang sahod, sa previous company ko, for Team Leads they offer around 30K-45K for starters

^ sis yung binigay nyong range pang manila rate po ba yan? i am working outside manila, sa pampanga ako at outside clark po yung office namin, but still, mababa parin yung 17.7k

^ meron sis kaso dito kasi sa pampanga sobrang dalang lang maghire ng mga [textspeak!], meron currently hiring ngayon kaso sister company kung saan ako nagwo-work at banned kami don, we already tried applying at those companies pero negative.

Na try ko na rin mag apply before sa manila kaso parents ko sarado ang isip. ayaw na ayaw nila akong magwork don. muntik pa kong palayasin sa amin noon at kung ano-ano pa inisip nila nung magtry akong magwork don.

so i'm stuck here.

^ Nako, ang hirap naman ng situation mo. Well, siguro naman hindi na sila maghihigpit since I believe nasa right age kana to decide on your own. Yup medyo mahirap nga pagdating sa province kasi minsan lang sila mag hire, unlike dito sa Manila, kahit saan ka pumunta eh hiring lahat. Try to weigh things nalang, kung feeling mo eh luging-lugi kana get out and find a new job. Pero kung kuntento ka na naman sa ganyan and nakakatulong ka naman sa family stick ka nalang, at least kasama mo din family mo.

Depends on the company. Meron kasi mga 6-figure like P&G.  Pero when I used to work for rustan's before, my boss' salary was around 40K lang as an asst. brand manager.  I was a brand asst.  Pero that was around 2004 pa.

My friend used to work at Winston's as the marketing head. He was earning almost 100K ata.

I work for a department store in IT dept, and hawak ko ang payroll system so I see everyone's rate

Sa amin ang marketing manager ranges from 60k(area marketing manager) to 15k(mall marketing manager). But those are only up to department manger level [textspeak!].

For executives, it ranges from 100k - 130k.
