either contractor ata to sis or sobrang tagal na ng experience... marami akong friends na CE with experience at around 3 years pero a little over a tenth of this lang ang basic nila. Malalaking company pa yun ah.

somehow true. it depends din sa company and skills demand plus if regular or contractor. regular got the lower pay pero madaming benefits. contractor got higher pay pero less benefits. pero sa laki ng tax kahit yang 100K maliit na ang nakukuhang net pay.

Parang wala pang nag-post sa retail fashion industry (ito kase field ko, before ako umalis ng Pinas, wala naman gaanong pagbabago pa after 3 years, tsk tsk... below are the office-based rates)

- associate/ assistant merchandiser: 9K-15K
- merchandiser: 13K-20K
- senior merchandiser: 15K-25K
- buyer: 15K-50K
- fashion designer (entry level): 10K-20K
- brand manager: 25K-50K
- associate/ assistant visual merchandiser: 9K-18K
- managerial levels (marketing/ product dev/ quality control/ merch/ design) ranges from 20K-60K

Anyway, depende pa din sa company... meron kase na mababa magpasweldo pero madami namang perks, pero meron din namang mataas talaga magpa-sweldo; swertihan lang tsaka depende sa background/ experience mo.

alam ko malaki magpasahod ang BSP. tsaka winner sa bonus. sabi nga ng ninong namin sa kasal (wife niya taga BSP at napagmasters ng BSP), ok lang daw magbayad siya ng tax, bawi naman daw sa bonus ng misis niya. hahaha

Sa pagkakaalam ko ang yearly bonus ng BSP umaabot sa 100K, I do not know if this is true.

Dont get me wrong, nothing wrong naman working as a secretary. Pero point is, if you could choose the jobs you could be in, try to pick the ones that has a potential to earn higher in the future. or stepping stone to a higher pay. Puedeng hindi pa mataas ang offer at the moment, pero once you gain experience, may potential you can land to the ideal pay you desire.

I agree sis. tsaka the concept of trade offs pwedeng malaki ang offer pero walang career growth, meron mababa ang offer pero marame ka talagang matutunan that you could use as leverage sa salary nego if lilipat ka ng company.
