anyone here taking contraceptive pills and taking xenical as well? I want to take this sana pero gusto ko ma-sure na walang problema kapag may intake na pills. thanks!

tried using this before, and true nga yung oily discharge. grabe. haha.
pero i stopped kase i became constipated, dunno why.

First day ko pa lang taking Xenical. Tumaba kasi ako dahil kakakain habang nagrereview para sa boards ko. Before I used Lesofat and effective siya sa akin. Pero gusto ko lang itry Xenical kasi sabi mas mabilis daw ito makapayat. Ang taba na kasi ng tummy ko eh.

Ive tried this xenical for 3 months.. I used it & i see a big weight loss in my tummy area.. Maganda sya talaga.. The bad side is that, its hard to drink xenical if ur @ work.. you need to go to The comfort room often ( which is hindi allowed sa work ko ).. Thats why i Stop it.. After stopping this for 3 days... One the 3rd day, sobrang natamaan yata ang metabolism ko... I was rushed to the medical city E.r. kasi di na tumitigil ang pag dumi ko.. in 3hrs 21x ako nag poop.. tsk! Sobrang nanghina talaga ako nun.. And uncontrolable yung pag poop ko.. Even sa Lab Results and nakita nila sa poop ko is Fats daw.. Yun! I was confined for 2 days.. After that. Di na ako ulet nag take ng xenical for 5 months.. Now, Im taking this once a day na lang pag r.d. ko.. hehe

Nung bago lang lumabas 'to, napabili kagad ako.. grabe mahal na rin that time ha, 2004 P42 each na yun and per box bili ko lagi, P2k mahigit ata yun eh dunno how much now. i took it for 3 mos din, pero hindi naman araw-araw. till one day, nabasa ko ang leaflet sa box, my gosh, nakakasira ng liver, at iba-iba pang side effects. Tinigil ko bigla.

Xenical is very effective, i took it like 2 years ago. from 160lbs to 120lbs in 3 months time, ang bilis lang ng pagpayat ko talaga that time kasi i really avoided eating sweets/fatty foods and i did workouts. though yes it may be messy pero kasi diba magiging messy lang naman ang poopoo mo if and only if fatty ang food intake mo. im just so wondering why would the messy poopoo scenario scares some girls here coz if you are claiming that you really are on a diet and would like to take xenical you should have been avoiding or atleast making you fatty food intake lesser, with that hindi ka makakaexperience ng sobrang oily poopoo and sudden urge to go to the cr.

Pero promise! effective talaga ang Xenical

Effective lang sya sa umpisa for me. Nabawasan ako agad ng weight, but then it stopped working (maybe because I didn't change my eating habits rin). I took it while I was a work from home SQA, don't attempt to take this kung office based ka, haha nakakahiya!

Tinigil ko kasi it's expensive to continue, saka nagiging oily pa rin and uncontrollable ang bowel movements ko even if I'm currently not using it (e.g. may lakad for the day).

tama! yun din pala drastic pagbawas ng weight sa mga first 3 months after that ang bagal na. and tama din ang mahal ng xeni

i think one of the things that helps xenical sa pagllose ng weight ng mga nagttake is yung pag-aavoid sa fatty food. i would have to agree with sis prosperCHE na when you dont eat fatty food, hindi naman ganun ka oily... though meron pa rin, not to mention the gas. mahal lang talaga sya. orlistat pa rin yung tinetake ko (lesofat, same thing with xenical), around 30/cap. i only took them once a day a few months ago. hindi ko na sya nacontinue kasi wala sa budgey, but might go back this month... still looking for alternatives though, 30 pesos pa rin a day.

^ orlistat po is the generic name of xenical. brand name po kasi ang xenical, so basically, orlistat is xenical.

^ i see..so pareho lang sila ng effect ng xenical..?may oily secretions din?im looking for something kasi na hindi oily..natry ko na din kasi xenical and hassle kasi pag bigla na lang lumalabas yung secretion..kaya i usually wear pads or even a diaper..

i agree... it only happens kasi when you have lots of fats sa storage, usually during the 1st week up to the 2nd week of intake, depende sa fat index, plus when there's oil and fat sa diet. Orlistat prevents the absorption of fat kasi kaya there's nowhere to go but out.

hi, i've seen ads of this product. i want to try kasi yung cr naman sa men solo ko lang. how much ito per pill/tablet? and para maging effective how many should i take per day?

if i remember it right, 30php yata yung 60mg and 40 yung 120mg. ako, once a day lang po, before meals (usually before lunch). it works best with exercise, and less fat diet (better kung no fat at all para less oily poop and gas). i've tried taking the pills with psylium too, for added fat absorption (ng fiber) and okay naman sya, less oil din.

May nakausap akong doctor a few years back ok daw ang Xenical if you're prone to eating oily & highly fattening food pero its just a fat blocker. We also need a fat burner para ma-metabolize yung stored na taba in our bodies.

Fast forward now. Nagpa checkup ako here in Thailand during a short vacay, naloka ako kasi I'm type 2 diabetic and the doctor gave me Xenical, Fiber Capsules & Phentermine. Yung Phentermine is considered a fat burner lets see kung mag work sa akin
