Xenical - anyone?

^Ay sis, I would suggest that you consult a doctor pa rin although may nakalagay dun kung ilan pwede mo take. Baka kasi iba iba reaksyon ng katawan natin mahirap na. Pero goodluck sis, kung sakali sabayan mo pa rin ng tamang food intake, lots of fluids and tamang exercise.

been using it since monday. kakastart ko lang. actually ang sarap ng feeling, tingin ko nalilinis un katawan ko. naeexcrete talaga un oil through poop, makikita mo sa toilet bowl. since oil, it is greasy so ang panghugas ko is feminine wash para mawala un oil. so far, ok naman. i have panty liners and extra undies on my bag in case of emergency

nasubukan ko din yung xenical after i gave birth...actually after mawala yung breastmilk...and effective naman siya sakin yun nga lang oily talaga yung secretions and ang ginagawa ko naglalagay na lang ako ng napkin yung maxi or long na abot sa anus and minsan pa nga diaper nilalagay ko..hehe..and then talaga you need to eat less fat food para hindi madami yung oil na lalabas..kasi ako i noticed na kapag hindi naman fatty food yung kinakain ko walang oil secretions na lumalabas kaya taking diet pills is accompanied by a healthy diet...and effective siya...now di na ko nagtake ulit kasi i reached my goal weight and figure..hehe...

hi sis.. i bought Lesofat kanina sa mercury since mas cheap kesa xenical.. parehas nman sila ng generic name na Orlistat... hmmm sana okey lang.. aski ko lang kung ilang mg yung xenical yung lesofat kasi 120 mg... uminom na ko ng isa... poopoo ako agad saya

im not sure but i think 120 mg din yata sis ang xenical, dati kc 2 dosages ang xenical (more than a decade ago, coz my sister used to take this when i was in high school), now 1 dosage na lang.

wow 70 lbs in 8 mos, i think the most i can lose in 8 mos w/ starvation and exercise was around 20-30 lbs lang

willing to try it, so sis if i dont eat oily foods i wont excrete that much oily stuff?
if i ate only like..oatmeal, fruits..walang oily poop? thanks

hi sis... still wondering e... kasi sinubukan kong kmain ng adobong baboy pag uwi sa bhay.. pag popoo ko.. wala nmang oil... hmm ano kayang problema?? hindi ba gumana yung gamot sakin.. pag xenical b madami [textspeak!] oil??? lesofat kasi gamit ko.. pero hindi ko paexeperience yung oil galore.. xited?? hindi curious lang ako

hi sis! in my experience hindi ako agad nag-excrete ng oil, there's this time pa nga when i wanna stop taking na kasi feeling ko ineffective, but then after 2 days of taking this, ayun, may oil na. just make sure na you'll take xenical not more than 1 hour after your meal.

hi sis..i think that's one of the good point ng lesofat...alam ko kasi hindi talaga masyado or totally nag eexcrete ng oil ang lesofat..kasi yung cousin ko yun din ang gamit and wala nga daw oily secretions unlike sa xenical

i think sis hindi naman sa vagina galing yun..since yung proximity ng anus at vagina is very close kaya baka pag umiihi yung oil na lumalabas sa anus eh nasasama sa urine...ganun din ako dati pag ihi may oil pero hindi sa vagina galing yun

ok thanks sis, i was wondering, even if u dont eat oily foods, does xenical burn ur existing fat into oils that comes out w/ our stool/fart hehe) thanks
