Xenical - anyone?

mga sisses, 3rd day ko na mag xenical (3x times a day) kaso wala pa ring oily discharge. i badly want to lose weigt. laki pa ng tummy ko. how soon ba mag take effect ang xenical?

Pwede bang magtake nito kahit di oily ang kinakain? Healthy food naman ang kinakain ko pero di na ako pumayat :-(

i have the same question, sana may sumagot.

i do not eat that much, seldom din sa oily and fatty, and i drink green and oolong tea regularly pero for two years, di na talaga ako pumayat.  makakatulong kaya ang xenical?  no amount of diet and exercise worked for me kasi e.

Nag-start ako mag-gain ng weight 4years after giving birth, addict kasi sa mga tinapay at nasobrahan sa softdrinks. Sinubukan ko na less food intake to loss weight pero sadyang mabagal metabolism ko.
Gusto ko subukan itong xenical, pano ba ito i-take? before meal po ba or after meal?

hi there sis, as far as i know about xenical, yung nagtake ka nito then kumain ka ng fatty foods yung ilalabas mo na stool na with fats is from the fatty foods that you eat and not from the stored fats from your body, so kelangan pa rin talaga ng work out dito since di nya nagagalaw yung stored fats mo not unless nag starve ka sa foods dun lang yung magagalaw. wala lang share ko lang

kala ko before meal to hehe based from the link posted by ross24, it should be taken during meal or 1 hr after a meal.. kaka-take ko lang ngayong dinner. first time. i'm so desperate to lose weight. inaasar na ko sa office and sobrang baba na ng self-esteem ko. i've read the whole thread. the reason i have not tried this kahit i know it's safe is because of that oil..pero ngayon sobrang depressed na ko. sana magwork sakin.

taking green tea din and using myfitnesspal to monitor my calorie intake. haaay..i want  to be slim again soon. hirap at ang gastos magpapayat.

If you can try to lessen your food intake, that would help a lot.  Oil lang nawawala with xenical, if you still eat a lot, mahirapan ka to lose weight.

yes, im trying to lessen my food intake. mahirap lang pag weekend kasi like nun saturday, may despedida sa kapitbahay. then nun sunday, had dinner with friends. challenge talaga kasi matakaw at malakas kasi talaga ko sa rice. di pa ko nagweigh ulit kasi gusto pag nagweigh ako may makita na kong changes hehe.. 4th day of taking xenical, wala pa ko nakita o naramdaman...wala rin oil...
